Fun print and sturdy, durable, capacious backpack!

The colors are fantastic and I think it will be a perfect size for my 3rd grader to use for quite a while. My older daughter is going into her 3rd school year with hers and it's holding up well!

I've bought dozens of these book packs in the past 30 years, first for my daughters and then as donations to children in our local Social Services system. The book packs are colorful, have numerous compartments for all kinds of school supplies, and are indestructible. They are the best on the market.

This is the second book pack we have purchased for my daughter. Not that she needed a new one after 3 years, but she wanted a more "mature" print. These bags are so durable! Monogram looks great! They wash well! I had the 90's version of this bag!

I l9ve the simplicity and durability of the L.L. Bean book pack. I selected the starscape design for glow-in-the-dark stars so that i can locate it easily in my tent at night or in a dark room. I use it for travel, family camping, schlepping supplies between work and home and even day hiking with the dogs. The zippers are reliable and sturdy and the shoulder straps well padded without being bulky. This pack is an all around great choice for carrying the essentials of daily life, whatever the need.

Great quality backpack. I think it will last more than one year like many other backpacks.
