As is almost always the case with LLBean I have no complaints at all. I would request more fonts/colors to choose from for the monograms but what is offerrred is OK

This is our fourth backpack purchase since my daughter started elementary school. Thus far, I have been impressed with the amount of room inside, as well as the durability. No more struggles to fit various notebooks, library books, folders, etc. Each day the contents varies and we definitely needed a backpack that can provide adequate space. Fingers crossed this backpack will transition with her to middle school next year. We also purchased one for her sister in 2nd grade. While it seems a little big for her now, she does not have as much to carry but loves to put her lunchbox inside to free her hands. It accommodates those larger library books well.

Great backpack, perfect size. My daughter is going into high school this year and I wasn't sure how she would feel about a bag with designs but they are perfect and not kiddie looking at all, she loves it!

I choose this backpack for Granddaughter, we were both so pleased in the detail and durability. The styling was Amazing! Keep up the great work!

This backpack is absolutely amazing! I had to review it again, after 5 years of daily use for school by my grandson. It has been overloaded, tossed around, thrown on busses, crammed in lockers, and used for camp and travel on vacations. It has been washed many times, and the colors are still bright. I first purchased it when he started kindergarten, and he won't part with it now as he enters fifth grade. It is rare to find a product this well made! I'd say I would buy this product again, but maybe I won't have to!

This is the 2nd time I've purchased these backpacks for my twins. Their original backpacks are still in great condition, but have been in constant use for about 5 years and are now going to be used for field trips and sleepovers. It was time for something new as they started Junior High. I trust these backpacks to keep the Chromebooks they are now required for school protected and secure.

Bought this backpack for my grandson for school. Holds a lot of his books etc. He'll be using it for years. Great quality.

I have been using LL Bean bags for over 20 years and absolutely love their products. This backpack is no exception! It goes to school, soccer practice, games, and camping. Made of excellent quality. Highly recommend!

I bought this backpack as a back-to-school gift for my granddaughter. She loves it and I love that it was a reasonable price for a well made and serviceable bag.

I always buy the L.L. Bean book pack for my children. They are durable and versatile.

The backpack arrived very quickly even with the monogram. Great quality. The only con is we thought the monogram would be larger. Also it would be better if they put it on the gray band in front instead of on the design. It would stand out better.

I'm a senior citizen, riding the city bus to the downtown library and supermarket. This beautifully made backpack has tons of room for my library books as well as plenty of room for the fresh cabbages, leeks, and lettuces I bring home from the market. Plenty of compartments for bus pas, IDs, phone, sunglasses - you name it, I can carry it easily, leaving my hands free for my walking stick. MUCH easier than carrying a tote or shopping bag; it's beautifully balanced, and the padded straps are comfortable for me.

This is only my daughters 2nd bag from LLBEAN. She is in 6th grade and the first one from Kindergarten is still great...she just wanted a new one! These bags are sturdy and easily washed! I have recommended them to several friends already! My son has one too!

Every year I buy my grandsons backpacks through LL Bean. The boys get to choose "their" style. I know they will last the entire school year and beyond. The backpack price is always a blessing.

Just purchased our ninth and tenth backpack for our grandchildren. The perfect size to pack everything needed for a weekend at Nana and Paw's House.

This backpack is wonderful. Large pockets that hold most things. Water bottle holders make taking to school easy. It was a good purchase.

This is the second LLbean book bag for my elementary child. He got another one only due to wanting a different style this year. These bags hold up and are super durable.

When I was in my first year of high school I noticed almost everyone in my school had an L.L.Bean bookbag. I wanted one so bad I bought my own with my paycheck from my first job. I was 15 years old when I bought it. I am now 30 years old and it is still going strong. It survived 4 years of high school & many airplanes. It is still in such good shape I still use it regularly. And the zippers on it have never broken. It is worth every penny! It is the only company I buy my daughters bookbags from!

These bookbags are great. I used them in middle school and high school. I really like these print designs, but I wish you'd offer us the same choices that you have the for the youngers kids as well as these choices that you already have. It would also be nice if you offered us Blue Green Flower Patch that you offered for younger kids a few years ago.

We love these backpacks. We do wish you had more patterns like you do for the smaller backpacks for boys please get more patters!

Great backpack. I have bought for all of my children when they hit middle school. Bag has last each kid about 4 years. Only gave 4 stars because the water bottle holders are not useful for taller reusable water bottles. My kids have to stick their water bottles in one of the other pockets.

Nice back pack, but my daughters say the straps are uncomfortable.

We've been very pleased with this bag! We purchased it for my middle school son as he needed a larger bag. The extra pockets makes it great to carry his binder, computer, lunch and a book. We also love how extra tall the side pouch is so his water bottle no longer falls out. We've bought a second bag for his older brother solely for that feature!

Durable well made backpack. This is the second backpack from LL Bean for my son - he's had his old one since 3rd grade and it's still holding up, but we needed one with a laptop sleeve. I love these backpacks! I do wish there were better pattens - this one was fine - but some were pretty hokey.
