These Backpacks are awesome, although our grandsons already have and use other llbean packs, they love the new colors (bought 2, red and blue) and already have them loaded for First Grade

I always read great reviews for LL Bean backpacks. Bought the green for my six year old and it's a beautiful color. He loves all the pockets. I plan to update if anything starts coming apart but hoping it is as sturdy as it looks.

It is a very nice, well-made backpack. Color was nice and the spaces are well designed. We ended up exchanging it only because we needed a bigger space for a lunch cooler. Wish the size worked for us!

This was a gift for our 7 year old grandson. He loves the bright colors, but he counted ALL of the pockets. Now he has places to keep all of his schoolwork sorted out as well as some spaces for additional "treasures". The perfect backpack for him.

Great size for school laptop & lunch, etc. The book bag is more narrow than the other LLBean so it is great for hiking or a child/teenager's frame.

The backpack is a little small for the amount of materials my sixth grader has to carry. Otherwise, the quality is good.

This is a really great backpack with lots of room to hold everything as the kids get bigger. We have 2 of these and they're very well constructed. Heading into school year 2 after using daily including all summer at camp, they still look almost new.
