Great quality and love all of the various pockets!

Good size for a middle schooler who carries a large binder, a laptop, PE gear, snacks, etc. It is easy to get items in and out of the main pocket of the backpack...which was not the case with his previous backpack.

Love this backpack! The color is beautiful, moon light blue. These packs are so versatile and durable. I have bought one for every member of my family. They all still have them and use them. Some of them are close to 15 years old! Money well spent, a great value.

My 5th grader needed a bigger backpack this year. He was happy to use my 1998 version of this backpack until his new one arrived. I like the updates made: tech pocket and water bottle holder. But the construction appears to still be high quality. Hopefully his will last as long as mine!

The backpack's adjustability for moving the center of gravity to match the distributed weight of packed items is great. I also appreciate the expansive packing ability. The only annoying factor is how the hanging loop can catch on shirt collars.

Great Bag will use this often. Got this to take on our trip to Germany to show my wife where I went to high school.

Great to use as a carry-on piece. Place for laptop and plenty of additional room for books, cosmetics, clothes, whatever. I use it as my second carry-on.

Love the color and the quality. The size of the bag is perfect for school or travel. Straps are very comfortable.

I have had LL Bean backpacks since I was in Kindergarten. They are great quality and long lasting, which is a good thing since their lifetime warranty is no longer. It was a comfort to know if your zipper broke or the canvas came apart along the seam, you could get it fixed. I still have all of my LL Bean backpacks, all still usable except for one that looks brand new that I can't get repaired. I wish they had a program to repair minor issues.

This backpack met my needs very well. I wanted something that could hold a lot of stuff, to be my "personal item" that fit under the seat on a plane, and then to use while backpacking. Perfect for all of those things.

Excellent backpack! Beautiful, high-quality and very strong. My son has a lot of heavy books and he holds them well. The zippers are easy to fasten. I am glad that there is a reflective strip. It adds safety in the dark. Both my son and I are very happy.

I purchased the LL Bean Deluxe Bookbag 37L for my highschool daughter. It's the perfect size and holds everything she needs. She is 5feet tall. It's not too big for her. The padded straps are very comfortable for her because she has to carry many binders and textbooks. The light purple color is precious and dainty. I love this company because of the quality and durability. I know she will be able to use this backpack all through highschool and beyond.
