Works great for school, durable (older child has had one for a few years now) and plenty of good space.

This was purchased for our grandson as a Christmas present. We were happy with the construction. Reagan said he really liked it.

This is a replacement for an LL Bean backpack my daughter had for years. She wanted a new one just like her other one.

This backpack is sturdy and spacious. I've gotten my son and nephew one. They love them!

I needed a new backpack after my old LL Bean was falling apart (straps were torn, bottom cover came off) and this has been perfect! Lots of room, great look and it will hopefully last me through college.

Great quality, super durable, and stylish. This was purchased as a gift for a friend. My kids (son-10 & daughter-9) have had this same backpack for 3 years and it has held up incredible. Highly recommend!

Classic and good looking. Lasts for years, is a family favorite in my home. We pass them down from one sibling to the next for school and camp. I used it for all of high school and handed it down in perfect condition. I bought another one last year, it's the only one I buy! Well worth the price.

My son had a smaller LLBean backpack for 2 years- still in great shape. He wanted a different bag this year and it lasted 2 months. Back to LLBean! We had to wait several weeks for it to be in stock, but totally worth it.

Trust LLBean for zippers! I won't buy other packs. My child needed the next size up and will use their old one for visits to friends. She has had it for 5 years.

So far, this bookbag is holding up very well My daughter is in 5th grade and her previous book bags were SO heavy and woukd tear up around the zipper and straps. This book bag has been able to handle it so far. It's very roomy with losof extra storage areas. The straps are nicely padded and so my daughter really likes that. I highly recommend this product

Perfect size for my 6th grader with no locker access this year (granted she can barely lift the backpack but it fits everything she needs for a day!). We retired her previous LLBean pack she got in Kindergarten because butterflies were not appropriate for middle school...so this thing will last, possibly forever. Thanks for the quality product LLBean it was worth the wait!
