I found the quality to be great! I've purchased the same backpack in years past for my children.

Backpack perfect size for travel, hiking or books.

I bought two backpacks for my son and daughter in 2003. My son was in elementary school and my daughter was two. I kept hers until she started elementary. It lasted through middle school and high school. Torn and tattered, they refused to get rid of them. My daughter backpack has now traveled to Jamaica with my father and will retire there. The best products that live up to its reputation.

I bought this backpack for travel. It holds 3 days worth of clothes and fits under the airplane seat.

Best backpacks! They hold up for years which is impressive considering how many books/computers kids carry in their bags these days.

As usual, LLBean has another great product in this book pack. It is very durable. We would recommend it.

My parents bought me this backpack about 17 years ago and every time I go to grab it, I'm mind blown that I'm still using it. It's in near perfect condition, very lightly worn. I used it for middle school, high school, traveling in my early 20s and now I use it as a travel/diaper/carry all bag with my 2 young children. It's always my go to for trips. It holds so much! LL Bean, you know what you're doing. Kudos.

This is the best backpack I've ever bought. It has a lot of room inside. My grandson puts binder inside, along with his pencil case, and some books, and still has room for more stuff. It easily wipes clean. I must say that I am pleased that it also matches his LL Bean lunchbag. Other backpacks(name brand) that he's had don't last a full year. This LL Bean backpack was made to last just like all of LL Bean's products.

This Deluxe Book Pack was exactly what I was looking for. It is working well for me.

I bought my L.L. Bean backpack about 23 years ago when I was starting grad school. It served me reliably all through school and then ever since it has gone with me on trips all over the United States, Europe, and Indonesia. It still works and looks great!

Love this backpack. Bought it to replace the one my son used for 6-7 years through middle and high school, and his first semester of college. It's only being replaced because the coating on the inside of the fabric had deteriorated after years of daily use, and was shedding. There is also a small hole by the handle but it didn't unravel or budge all semester. Great bag!

Great book bag. Ordered for my daughter. Material is very sturdy and strong. Fits all her books. Zippers stay in place even when stuffed.

Another awesome backpack! My daughter's first one lasted seven years. Who knows how long this one will last --or how many degrees she will end up with!

I had the deluxe book pack for years since I was in middle school I used it when I travel every where I loved the backpacks I never had no problems I always had my initials on and this year I wanted my name but when I got the backpack I got script but the n looks like m so I'm wondering if it supposed to be like that

It's very durable. Practically indestructible. And it holds all of my sixth grade daughter's books, etc.

This was a gift requested by my granddaughter for Christmas. She loved it !!

This was a gift for a teen boy. I don't know how it will do. But I do know that the one I got for my grandson who lives with me is going strong! Same back back, different pattern. He's had it and used it daily for school for 5 years and probably will take it to middle school with him! Washes beautifully, too! When needed, I'll be buying another one!
