Bookbag was toooo small for the price that I paid.

Way to small. You said kids backpack, it's the size of a doll backpack. What a waste of money

The monogram color looked fine online when I made the choice. But it could hardly be seen on the actual back pack when received. It was a gift. So I didn't want to impose on the recipient to return.

The fit is all wrong. The steaks are stiff and causes the backpack to rise up behind my daughter’s head instead of sitting down correctly. The material is extremely poor quality. It feels like the backpack is made of tarp. I’ve already returned it.

The straps are extremely and strangely stiff which cause them ti stick out on my child’s shoulders instead of fitting properly. And the bag sits of very high on her back, the top of the bag comes to the middle of my child’s head. Terrible.
