Fits as expected. The arms are not too long and the waist is good! I like the outside upper pocket for my phone and the inner pocket that can be used to pack the whole jacket but other things too. I like that it's not very heavy.

This jacket is perfect for outdoor walks with my dog and errands around town. It is SO light and comfortable, and doesn't bog me down like other winter coats. I love that though it's so light, it's very warm, too. It is plenty long in the body and sleeves, which is great since I am so tall and don't want to have cold wrists where the jacket sleeves might not cover along with gloves. The pockets are plenty roomy, too, and I like the breast pocket as well, which perfectly holds my phone. I have been very pleased with my purchase and think it's well worth the cost!

I bought this jacket last summer in the blue-green color for a multi-day hiking trip. Since then I have worn it all winter (I haven't even pulled out my usual winter coat since this coat is surprisingly warm for how lightweight it is.) I have been comfortable in temperatures down into the 30s with just a long sleeved shirt underneath. It easily fits a thin fleece underneath. The color is beautiful, and I have washed it several times and it looks like new. I really like the length, and the sleeves are long enough as well. It is a little poofy around the middle for me, but the bottom is adjustable and keeps cold air from coming up underneath. If I have one complaint, it is that the zipper pulls come off easily, but they are easy to thread back on. Overall an outstanding jacket.

I love this coat. I purchased in Black. AL winters are mild, so this is all that I need. It is so lightweight and takes up no room in the closet. No need for heavy, space taking wool coats, this is just as warm and perfect for the winters here. Enough room to wear a heavy sweater underneath if needed for layers.

I wasn't sure that this coat was going to be super warm this winter but I was pleasantly surprised. I wore it out snow shoeing in 20 degree weather and I did not get cold. It's not bulky like many winter coats but it is warm!

I bought this jacket to replace the similar packaway jacket I had bought 6-7 years ago and wore all the time (the zipper on that one was sticking). I really like that this one is longer, and a little wider over the hips. I also like that the phone zipper pocket is now accessible from the outside. However, this jacket does tend to bunch out at times in the front waist area (perhaps because I am not as "well-endowed" on the top as what it was designed for?). It is thin and lightweight,, but adds warmth for those outdoor activities like snowshoeing and shoveling. It stuffs easily into my waist pack. It layers nicely with my gortex shell, or other outer layer. It will be useful by itself in the spring and fall, when only a lighter jacket is needed. The berry color is nice.

Love it! It is incredibly light in weight. I was afraid it was too light. But pleasantly surprised at how warm it was. It is so lightweight, I have worn it as a sweater here in my often chilly NY home this winter.
And the color is a great alternative to the usual black, brown etc. Especially bright for fall and spring
(My husband thinks size L petite is an oxymoron .but it is a great fit)

It's the perfect light weight coat. I love it and might purchase another one just to have a backup in my car.

After wearing heavy insulated parkas, this jacket is very light, easy to grab, throw on and go. Very satisfied. Will donate the heavy parka to a worthy cause and will keep this one. Very fashionable in black.

This coat is Beautiful! And such a Nice fit!
I ordered a Large because I like a looser fitting jacket. It's lightweight and warm. Perfect for Chilly Days!

Lightweight but very warm. Perfectly fitted and a nice length. Has been my go to jacket for our chilly Buffalo, NY days. Comfortable to wear while driving as well.

I originally purchased the petite small as I am curvy with a full bust and wanted to be able to wear it over a sweater. However, it was too large, and I ended up exchanging it for a PXS which I am able to comfortably zip over a mid-weight sweater or sweatshirt. The kelp color is a pretty shade of green and I love the pop of teal in the zipper.

This jacket is so nice with its lightweight feel. I bought the teal and it is beautiful. I always wear a petite M in Ll Bean but had to size up to a petite L because of its slim fit. I adore all the roomy pockets. It is perfect for Houston in the winter. I plan to take it on a trip and layer. I like that it is a bit longer.

This jacket is light in weight but nice and warm for running errands in our Minnesota winters. It is long enough to cover a sweater or light fleece if I am layering. Very happy with this jacket.

I honestly almost sent this jacket back. The first time I wore it, it wasn't warm even though the temp was well above the jacket's temperature spec. I decided to give it more time. I'm glad I did. I could be imagining this, but I think it became warmer after I wore it a couple times - I think the fill puffed up a bit so it better retained body heat. Since then, I've found it's perfect for cold fall mornings. It breathes, so I'm not roasting when it warms up later in the day. The design (fit, pockets) is excellent. I've worn it almost every day since mid-October and plan to continue until it gets seriously cold (and then I have other LLBean jackets in my collection to wear).

To be honest, I haven't worn my coat yet because the weather has been warm. I really like that the coat is lightweight. I hate being bound down in a heavy cumbersome coat! And water resistant is an added bonus. I am going to Scotland in late spring and wanted a warm but lightweight coat to take with me that would be easily packed in a backpack. I would have appreciated directions for packing into its own pocket. It has five. Where to start??? The video on your web side shows packing but moves too quickly to be easily followed as you try to follow along with it. Love all LL Bean products. The quality is amazing!!

I brought this jacket with me to South Carolina a few weeks ago and it was great. It wasn't heavy, it wasn't to hot. It was a perfect light weight jacket but kept me warm. I've worn it a few times here in Massachusetts and it keeps me warm. I love the fact that its not a heavy jacket but yet it keeps me nice and toasty. I'm thrilled with it.

I luv this jacket! The color (mountain blue) was actually true to the website and overall it fit me perfectly. I like that it is "slightly" fitted and not boxy. I chose the XS based on the website measurements for sizing, which indicated an xs (normally wear a S but it all depends on the brand). The zippers worked well & are of good quality. One caveat is that initially I did not wear the recommended "midweight layer" beneath & as a result I was cold at 50 degs; however with the layer I was warm with this jacket.

The fit is perfect for me. Very lightweight and not bulky and from the description it should still have warmth. I like the color Bone very much and also like that the llbean logo on the chest is very subtle. Very nice jacket.

Bought this a year in advance of a 37 day cruise thru Viking country. I love how it folds up inside the pocket for ease in packing. Going to put in carry on bag in case flight is freezing. I tend to be cold especially in damp rainy conditions. Will wear my thigh length Bean rain jacket over if conditions are bad. Going to give it a test run this Fall in NJ. Very happy I got it on sale plus used about $30 in Bean Bucks!
