Love this jacket, but had to return and get a bigger size because of my shoulders.

Bought this for my partner and they love it. Colors are great, comfy fleece liner, very warm! Not as much room in the arms as they would like, often can't wear a sweater underneath, but otherwise it was a hit.

I read reviews saying it was a tight fit and the sleeves pull because of the fleece. It definitely doesn't fit small and there is no fleece in the sleeves.. i need to return. It fits the same as my 850 down fill jacket. Disappointed that I read reviews this time.

I love the color, the warmth, but have to hold on to sweaters to get my arms in the sleeves because of the flannel lining of the sleeve. It would be better to have a fabric that does not cling.

Great look! I've gotten a few compliments. It's nice and warm and cozy. The fit good. I was deciding between L and XL because I'm a size 8/10 but my bust is 36G, so jackets can be tough to size right. I went with the large and it's snug on my bust but not restrictive. I do like the fit. I have only worn it about 5 times and a couple feathers have poked out, but that's typical I guess for down. It just makes me a little nervous to see that when it's so new.

I love these jackets. I bought 2. Construction is good, as expected for an LL Bean product. My only gripe is that the sleeves are too tight to wear a sweater underneath the jacket, which greatly limits their use. The body width is appropriate to the size, so it's not an overall sizing problem.

Slim fit, warm. However, I would like more pockets, an inside pocket to hold credit cards etc.

I like the quality of the jacket but it zips to high and bumps your chin for a lighter weight jacket.

Like this coat very much, prefer cuffs at end of sleeves which is only reason i didn't give a 5

Really love the colors. (I got the blue/red/mustard one). It's very warm and fits well...I am a 5'3" female 115 lbs and I got a size small. It's big enough to be comfortable with a sweater or sweatshirt underneath but still looks like a nice slim fit on the outside. I love that it extends down the back to cover my bottom for a little extra warmth too. My only complaint is that even though the fleece lining on the upper inside is very soft and cozy, it creates a lot of friction when trying to slide my arms through and catches on any long-sleeved shirt/sweater I am wearing and takes a minute or two of adjusting my sleeves every time I put it on. Can't just slip it on quickly and head out the door.

Very warm jacket. The sleeves are a little tight for any layers worn underneath. Hood is great.

Excellent coat, very warm and nice looking. The only complaint I have is that you cannot have it completely zipped up and put the hood on, you must unzip a few inches to do it. Inconvenient in the cold to have to unzip to put up hood. Otherwise great jacket!

I love the style and it is very warm for a shorter coat. Super cute and slim, I would say. I wish it had more pockets but I knew what I was getting ordering it. The only pretty bad downside is that the feathers have been slightly poking out of the coat and I've barely worn it. I'm afraid it's gonna get worse. I'm gonna keep it but I don't think it's worth $150 since it seems to be falling apart already.

Light but soooo warm!!! Vibrant color. Would have given 5 stars but hood does not have pull strings to tighten.

I like the colorblock I ordered (navy/pink/plum). The jacket is warm. The partial fleece lining however makes it difficult to get your arms in properly and you have to push in the top of the sleeves of whatever your wearing and push the lining at the cuffs back up.

I love this jacket! I get tons of compliments and it feels good. The only thing I would change is have the sleeve lining anchored in at points, it's come out the hand opening when I put it on.

Love the colors, very comfortable the only thing I didn't like is the sleeves didn't seem long enough but my arms are long.

This is a very pretty jacket, with a nice fitted shape and warm down-filled lining. I got a size Large so that I could easily fit layers beneath. I'm 5 ft 8, and 150 lbs. It has an adjustment on the bottom so you can cinch it tight to keep cold air from coming up. Though it was rated 'warmer', it can use a fleece underneath when temps are in the 20s. It is very wind-proof, which is great. The only issue I have is that the lining of the top part is very soft felt material, which makes it hard to get on over some materials, corduroy especially. Other than that, it is great for walking dogs in cold New Hampshire.

Super cute. Returned it because I ordered a size bigger (based on reviews) and it was too big. I also thought the fabric would have some shine to it and it was flat without any shine.

As long as you know what you're going to use this jacket for, it's perfect: it's less than ideal for being outdoorsy and active, but wonderful for everyday use in the winter. I live in Colorado, and as someone who runs a little cold, I needed something very warm for everyday use, and this fit the bill! It's very warm, has a flattering fit (I'm 5'6", 145 lbs, shortish torso, and the small fit great, even though I'm a medium generally), and isn't toooooo bulky. I absolutely love the color block pattern, and appreciate the classic colors being available in the women's style. My only critique is I wish this style was packable so that it would be more practical for outdoor sports where packing small/light is essential, or for stuffing easily in the carryon for airplane travel. I know L.L. Bean and other brands have plenty of packable puffers available, but the fit, style, and warmth convinced me to go with this one, and I'll just keep my old puffer around for when I need a packable option. One quick note on the fleece lining: it adds warmth, but also makes it less breathable and therefore you might get a little sweaty, so I wouldn't really use it for anything truly active. As I said, I think it's perfect for everyday use in the winter.

Warm, well fitted hood. Like the colors of the pink/plum/navy. Two exterior pockets but no interior or chest pocket for small Items. I almost sent back because of this but did not as I am desperate for a warm coat.

This is a great jacket, but mine is a bit snug. It seems to run small, while most products from Bean run on the large side.
