Love this coat. It's not too fitted and the length is great for keeping my legs warm. It has side zippers so you can sit comfortably with the coat zipped. It's pretty lightweight but very warm. I had to go down a size from my usual size and even that is slightly big. But good for layering and I love the color. Overall very happy with my new coat!

Mostly I love this coat. There were a few things I didn't like. The length - I'm 5'6" but it's really too long, hard to reach down to zipper it. 2 - the sleeves are too small - even wearing just a shirt the sleeves on your clothing pull up when you put it on. If you are wearing a sweater or sweatshirt underneath - forgetabout! Much too tight. And 3 - the price. I've never paid $200 for a coat in my life, never mind paying full price so late in the season. Unfortunately the zipper broke in my old coat so I had no choice. But every place I looked on line all had huge discounts. But it either wasn't the right size or the right color or it didn't have a hood - whatever - I couldn't buy it. I do have to say this coat had everything I was looking for but I don't understand why it wasn't on sale when I bought it the end of February.

Purchased coat for a trip to Europe. Coat was very warm and comfortable walking around in 20s and 30s degree temperatures. Hood was snug and didn't slip into my face blocking my vision. The two negatives I found was that the coat doesn't have an inside pocket to hold cell phone or wallet and there isn't a snap at the neck to hold the coat onto a hanger.

My wife loves the warmth and fit of the coat, but the zipper is a bit tricky.

I bought this coat because I didn't want the cold weather to keep me from walking outside. It is the warmest coat I own. I love the hood because it blocks the wind (when worn loosely). When it is windy I can feel the cold in my arms and upper legs. A lot of reviews said the coat ran big. I ordered a medium and it was just fine. That is my usual size (I am 5'3" and weigh 130). I have very slim hips, about a 34" waist, and 38-40 bust. Upper movement would improve a lot if the coat had raglan sleeves. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and love the color.

The length and weight are great. It is warm and the fleece lining is very soft. The sleeve cuffs have elastic that is not tight enough. I really wish that there was an insert to keep cold air out. I also wish that there was an interior pocket or two.

It is a great coat and is very warm. The sizing runs a bit big. I ordered a large but could have definitely fit a medium. In the end though I decided that having some extra space would be best if I am wearing several layers for extra cold days.

I like almost everything about this coat. The sherpa lining is so cozy and soft, which is great. I like that the length is a little longer than my previous coats, so it keeps me warmer. What I don't care for is the shape of it. I wish that it had something at the waist to allow me to add a little bit of a shape to that area. It ends up looking fairly boxy, which was almost enough of a reason for me to return it. In the end, I've decided to forego looks for comfort and coziness. But if a coat that shows any sort of waistline is important to you, you may want to choose a different style.

Cozy coat--covered from head to few inches above knees. Like the high zip collar. Overall good windbreaker Fits as advertised with some room underneath for layering and yet not bulky. I am 5'5"----120 libs. Took a S REG. Color is darker than indicated---more of an olive green. Hood too big for my head but sometimes I have to wear child size hat. Works fine with a beanie (one that does not slide).

This is great warm coat. However I returned it because the Zipper was a struggle every time.

Very nice fit, big outer pockets, warm. The one thing missing is an inner pocket.

I love this coat. It's by far the warmest coat I own, and it's been great for hanging out with my kids on the playground. I do wish it had a breast pocket. All of my other coats do, and I find myself trying to put my phone in a nonexistent pocket there. I usually wear a size SM and sized down to an XS per the other reviews. It's a good fit with plenty of room for thick sweaters. I'm pear-shaped and the side vents are very helpful, but it's still a tight fit over my hips.

I liked it a lot but it was way too big. I was swimming in a large.

The coat is good looking and very warm.. Will be just perfect for our blustery days here in the dead of winter.

Nice Jacket, but it took forever to be delivered. The top is very warm and thick but towards the bottom it gets very thin and is not as warm.

Love it. Just wish the sherpa was all the way down. It shoukd at least be in the pockets. Feels very thin inside.

I am typically a S/M depending on the store (although I have been buying more mediums lately) and I bought a medium in this coat, despite the reviews saying it ran big, and I am glad I did. I found this to run true to size, but maybe because I am 5'9. It comes to just above my knees and the sleeves are long enough. It is a great weight for cold weather and the sherpa around the hood is a nice touch. I do wish it had an inside pocket, though (I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because of this) But for the money, which is definitely on the low end for a winter puffer, this is a great coat.

This coat is fantastic - warm, lots of pockets, comfy hood, the long length I wanted, but it's huge! I normally wear a small but ordered an XS after reading the reviews. It's still large! I'll keep it so I can layer as winter gets warmer but if you like a tighter fitting winter coat, I'd suggest sizing down 2 sizes. Matches LL Bean's Mountain Lodge Ankle Boots in Kelp pretty well (pictured).

This coat is almost perfect. Love the fleece lining especially for the hood. I've been waiting to find a longer coat without the fur lining around the hood BUT these pockets! They make the coat look industrial. I much prefer a more feminine style. Hoping LL Bean will change the design of the pockets eventually. I'll try to be patient.

This coat is wonderful! I walk the dog in the cold, Colorado air and am warm as can be! I only gave it four stars because I wish the sleeve closures were adjustable with snaps or Velcro instead of elastic. They don't always stay put over my gloves. Otherwise, BIG WIN with this coat!

I've worn this coat daily to work in sub-zero temperatures and have been cozy and warm in it. I love the stadium length and the roomy pockets. The style and color are very nice too. The fabric seems to slough off dirt easily which is important since I often brush up against dirty vehicles in my job. The only negatives I would mention are the hood area---if I'm wearing a large hat with a pom-pom on top, the hood can barely be pulled up over it. It's hard to get the zipper to go all the way up to the chin, as well, when wearing a hat or bulky scarf. The coat seems to fit very snugly around the neck, which could be seen as a plus; however, I'm more used to a looser fit there. If not wearing a hat, the hood fits quite snugly around the head and neck and can keep me warmer than if it were loose-fitting. Another feature that might be nice is an inner waist drawstring. The coat is plenty warm as is, however. Overall, the coat has a slightly snug fit but not tight. I'd say it's mostly true to size with a slight nod towards being on the smaller end. If I'd been in the store, I would have liked to try on a medium and a large to compare. I have the medium and it does well for me, but there's not a lot of room to wiggle around in.

Very nice jacket. The threading on the outside could be a bit more durable. Aside from that though, it's the warmest coziest jacket I've ever had!

I really like this coat. It is warm and the blue is a beautiful color. I didn't give it a 5 because it runs big- I wish it came in petite. Also, I would like the sherpa lining to be longer than it is.
