I just love this jacket! The color is just what I wanted; a brilliant blue outside and lighter blue inside. It looks great on and is lightweight but warm. I haven't worn it in extreme cold yet but there's plenty of room for layers underneath. Great purchase!

This was my second permaloft jacket. My old one was falling apart. I love that is it so light weight and comfortable. Because I'm relatively chubby, this fit me better than my old one which was an XL. The sleeves are too long, but I can pull my hands in if they get cold. And bonus! It has a hood.

This jacket is so lightweight yet it keeps me so warm even in strong winds.

I bought this jacket for my wife after wearing my own for about a year. Love the fit, the look, packability, colors, durability, versatility-with various under layers, it's perfect for the changeable weather here in Colorado.

This three season jacket is perfect. The sizing allows for a sweater or fleece underneath and then a heavier coat on top. The hood is great and the neckline does well with a turtle neck. The top zipper for a cell phone is wonderful

I'm thrilled with this jacket. I was looking for a neutral midweight jacket, and scored the "bone" white color for $46! I'm always an XL top (16 dress, 38DD) and this fits nicely but generously. It is very lightweight and not overly warm, which is what I wanted. Love it!

This is the third PrimaLoft Hooded Jacket I have. I have it in black, blue and now the beige color. The first one I bought was the black one and I bought it about 8 years ago. It is still in great shape. The last one I bought was the beige one and it was at a great price (wonderful price).

Beautiful jacket. The red ochre looks brighter on the website than it actually is. It's more like a reddish rust, which I like better.

The catalog description is 100% true. I love this jacket and wouldn't hesitate to re-order it if anything happened to the one I have. Not only does it help protect ou against the wind and cold temps, but it has great pockets the hood fits nicely around your face so you don't have to worry about it falling off or holding it on, and iris light weightEasy to carry and it will be the perfect jacket to take on a trip or pack in a bag!

I love this jacket. Since it is somewhat Fitted, I ordered one size UP. I prefer it loose - just in case I want to add a sweater or slim vest under it (once it gets colder). Go for it, and pick this jacket up.

Very light weight and comfortable. Great for riding in the car and going in and out of stores. Blocks the wind and is warm but not heavy and bulky. I now own two of these jackets.

I took this jacket on my last backpacking trip. It packed VERY small and then it kept me warm sitting out in the damp, chilly (33 degree) night air before climbing into my tent...and then I used it as my pillow during the night. In the morning I slipped it on over my hiking shirt to ward off the morning chill while I fixed breakfast. I am sure I will use this jacket on a regular basis as the weather turn colder.

Great fit for a preteen who is tall and thin . Nice long arms and fitted thru the body for a comfortable fit. Colors were beautiful and the hood was a plus. Will be a great jacket for a Texas winter.

This is my second jacket in 5 yrs only because I lost 40 lbs. The jacket is well made, light as air but oh so toasty warm even on the coldest, windy days near the beach in NJ. Love the hood..no need for a hat. Purchased the bone color on sale & will buy the blue/green also if it comes up on sale. You will not be disappointed in this lovely jacketo!

First, I want to thank previous reviewers for listing their height and weight for the size they bought; this really helped me get the correct fit. Love the color and it is true to what is shown on the website. The weather is still warm where I live, so have not worn it outdoors yet. But, I put it on in my house, did some activities and heated up quickly. I appreciate that it is packable because I do a lot of hiking. The one feature I'd like to see added is a way to snug up the hood around the face.

I recently purchased my 2nd primaloft, older one had no hood but it's still amazing. These are incredibly warm, yet so light & comfortable!! My daughter has 2 & I've gotten other family members on the primaloft bandwagon as well!! Yes they're somewhat pricey but worth every penny!! Highly recommended!!

I'm 5'6, 135LB, with a long torso and arms. The jacket is cut generously so I can layer a sweater or fleece jacket underneath.

I bought this coat last year, but had to buy a smaller size this year. This is the best winter coat. It blocks wind and keeps you very warm. The jacket washes very well. I feel the jacket runs small. I wear a medium in all tops but bought a large in the jacket and it fits perfectly. I bought the silver blue color. The color to me is a little more turquoise. Since it indicated silver blue I was expecting more of an ice blue. But he color is still great. I can't say enough about this coat and how great it is.

My favorite new jacket ! SO light, warm and comfy ! I scored too and bought on the sale rack ! For $45 worth every cent ! I love the color ( very light creamy color) no longer available , fits perfect !

I purchased 2 of these 2 years ago, 2 last year and now 1 this year, all in different colors.

I have coats for all weather conditions. That's normal for life in the U.P. of Michigan. But this coat tends to come out of the closet more than others especially for my 16 minute drive to work. It's super light weight, but always keeps me warm (and I'm one who over-dresses because I am ALWAYS cold). When the weather is cold I wear it over a sweater or fleece. I love that I can pack it into my bag when the weather is questionable. It washes well and still looks new after a winter of wearing.

I was so happy to see the olive green jacket went on sale. I was not sure to order the SP or XSP but only the SP was available. It is a little loose but gives me room to layer even a fleece jacket if necessary. I love how light and thin it is and yet provides the right amount of warmth. for the spring and fall. I wore It in a light rain and it kept me dry.

This is a very nice, well made jacket. It is lightweight and packable but I do not think it would be very warm unless layered over other warm shirts. However, that is why I purchased it. I already own a lightweight down jacket which serves me well on a cold winter day but is too warm for a cool day in the summer or for use in the Spring. I live in the Appalachian mountains and do a lot of day hiking. In the summer I can start my hike in a short-sleeved-shirt but if clouds move in and the wind picks up the temperature can go from the 80's into the 50's within half an hour. I bought this jacket for that sort of scenario. It is lightweight and stuffs down small so I keep it in the bottom of my day pack so I will have it if needed. My only complaint about the jacket is that the hood is not adjustable. It has elastic binding sewn around the edge which helps it stay a little tight around my face but in the wind it is much better to be able to cinch a hood on tightly. Regarding fit, I bought a large because even though I am slim and tall I have broad shoulders and found that a medium size, which is the size I should buy using the measuring chart, felt tight across the back. The large is a bit too roomy in the hip area but that is the trade off for comfort and freedom of movement in the shoulder area. The sleeves in this jacket are just right in length which is often an issue for me since I am tall and usually need to purchase long-sleeve clothing in tall sizes.
