The shoe is comfortable. I've had them for < 6 months. I don't run or exercise in them. I just wear them daily. The top of the shoes where the mesh meets the non-mesh part of the shoe already have holes in them. The shoe laces don't tie. They just are elastic with the end of the shoe lace knotted. The ends of both of my shoes knots come out consistently and the ends of the shoe laces are frayed. For the price and not abusing the shoes they should have lasted longer.

Not worth $

This shoe is bland, boring! They took out the cool flourishes, like the dark stripe on the white foam and the stripe across the toes, and it now looks like a geriatric shoe!

We’ve bought so many of these shoes and they’ve been great. The last pair was defective and the heal came unglued and nearly came off. Because we’ve had great luck and like the shoe, I’m returning the defective pair and ordering the same shoe again. Fingers crossed!

Love these shoe, but they are crap. I have two pairs and both wore through at the big toe. Did this in 3 months. I'm in the process of making a claim, but ON is asking for proof of purchase even after I sent them the receipt. I'm done with ON shoes.

These shoes looks great but barely any arch support and after no more than 20 wears, I somehow have a hole in the side. I have never had a shoe fall apart like this. Would not recommend. This show does not hold up to the hype

runs small

I have never had heel pain before, but after two months of these shoes I’ve had persistent discomfort. Nearly zero actual arch support and narrow fit throughout. Attempted to wear these for long periods of time and they leave my feet feeling exhausted at the end of the day. Look good but would not recommend otherwise

super narrow compared to my other pairs

Got the exact same pair but a half size smaller last time and this pair I can't fit my foot into because they are sewn so tightly... they look great but the sizing is completely different. Very disappointing.

The front half of the shoe seems unevenly padded

I love the way these shoes look...but they are narrow and hurt my feet after about an hour. Good looking though.

Disappointed with over all quality and support for the prive. My Gravity Defyers are much better. I thought these would be same quality. I'd compare these to sketchers.

I bought these shoes 35 days ago, I've worn them conservatively 25 days and the heal support is bone. They were very comfortable out of the box, but around day 20 of wearing them the heal support is gone.

Very tight width and over all.

As others have mentioned the front part of the shoe is narrow and it causes my big toe to rub against the side of the shoe. It almost felt like part of my toe was not supported by the platform of the shoe. I’ve never had an issue with a 11.5 sized shoe and have pretty standard sized feet (never a wide). My other On shoes fit perfect so not too sure about this one.

Seems the right sneaker insole is way off. The right side of my foot(Arch and toe are hitting the insole support creating major discomfort. I have several pairs of this sneaker and have never had this issue. Can I swicth out the right sneaker for a new one??

Very disappointed in this “improved” version of Cloud. There is no/minimal arch support causing my feet to pronate. I much prefer the Cloud

Not what I had expected. Thought they would be much more cushioned, softer materials. Feel too cheap, nothing special.

I've worn other pairs of On Cloud before, but for some reason this pair would leave my feet in pain and nearly totally numb after only about an hour of wear. Maybe it was just a bad batch or something, but I was pretty disappointed.

I bought two pair of size 11 for my team members I’ve bought at least 10 total pairs and BOTH of these tore at the small toe area within 1 year. So incredibly disappointing

Didn't even last through the school year before fabric wore out on the side of the shoe. Filed a warranty claim with On, they denied the claim indicating it wasn't under warranty any longer. Didn't provide length of their warranty.

The shoes that arrived were disgusting. They were neither white nor clean; instead, they were worn out and filthy. I never tried them on for it looked like they were infested. It’s astonishing that Zappos considered these shoes suitable for sale. One thing is certain: I will never buy a shoe from Zappos again.

Great shoe, I’ve bought 10 pairs in the last three years. The toe wears out extremely quick. Some new engineering by adding more rubber where the big toe strikes the shoe could really solve the problem.

The shoes have been worn. Very disapponited.
