Almost a full size smaller. I have a high arch and a wider foot. Shoe was also very light weight to the point it lacked support structure.

Felt really cheap for the cost of the shoe - returned

Initially loved these shoes since the first day wearing them I was stuck in the largest airport in the US for 10 hours and walked a lot in them. After the first year both of the shoes had a hole on top from the big toe lifting up while walking. I do not have long toenails and always wore them with socks and never once “ran” in them. The mesh on top is paper thin. These were basically my go to “stylish” sneaker, so it’s sad to see them get trashed before the soles even really wore at all. Definitely not worth the money. I’ve had several pairs of Brooks running shoes, that I actually ran in, and the soles are what gets worn before anything else. As it should be.

I’ve been a size 10 for my entire life, ordered a half size up because they run small; and now I have to return them because even they are too small. An entire size up from my normal size. They are comfy but ugly. Will stick to my hokas

The Shoe fits like a slipper and you constantly need to stop and tighten it,and not comfortable at all for the steep price -totally overrated shoe ..

I'm normally a 9 1/2, but this shoe is too small. I wore it a couple of days, hoping it would get a bit bigger, but it didn't. I'm going to buy a size 10. I don't think I can return it since I wore it a couple of days.

Really wanted to like these shoes. I'm a 6' 4', 260 lb CrossFit athlete. However, they lacked ankle support and didn't fit my feet snugly. My feet were also spilling over the sides and I've never worn a wide size in my life. I also ordered a 13 (which I wear in every other type of shoe I own without issue) and my toe was hitting the front of the shoe.

I already have a hole in front of my right shoe.

Shoes themselves are nice but this is one of the models that runs small. These specific model 5s are both short and a little narrow. Although I'm not buying them for running shoes and I use custom orthotic inserts so it's mainly the length I care about and I can't really speak to arch support except to say that somebody with really high arches might not get the best out of these ones in particular. I normally wear a size 12 and tried ordering a half size larger 12.5 which has worked with other models but these were still too small, especially given they run a bit narrow. Going to try exchanging for a size 13 and see what happens. I like the On Cloud brand and have owned several pairs but this is the first pair of model 5s I've tried. I just wanted a pair with elastic laces. I will say the inconsistent sizing of this brand is a little bit of a pain, especially for the price. I really don't understand why they seem to have so many issues with something that would seem like a such basic thing to get right. If the size 13s still don't fit right then I will probably just go with a different model altogether like one that's worked for me in the past. Since I don't wear these for my actual athletic shoes I don't really care much which ones I get as long as they're comfortable and look good.

My sixth pair of ON's and very disappointing. Very little cushioning. The weatherproof version of this show is awesome, so I had high hopes. Unfortunately I am shipping them back.

Too small

I have had the Cloud 5's now for about 3 weeks and have to say they are not comfortable at all for me. I was hoping after wearing for a bit and breaking in I would like them more but that hasn't happened. I had foot and leg pain everyday when coming home. Switched back to my old Nike's and legs were fine. I know a lot of people who love them and rave about them but I guess they just weren't for my feet as I won't be wearing them any longer and will be buying a different brand.

I bought a pair that was 10.5, those were small, I exchanged for size 11, those are too big

These are so close to being the perfect pair of casual/athletic sneakers. The problem is they squeak when you walk! The slip on laces are so convenient for running out on quick errands, dog walking, etc. They're very comfortable, I have high arches and they're still comfortable. I like the style too but I guess that's subjective. The squeaking sound is a major problem though. It's a lot of squeaking and essentially all the time. My wife has a pair and hers squeak too. For that reason I really don't like wearing them but it's unfortunate because their perfect otherwise.

As a woman I thought getting a man’s shoe they would be wider, but not true. I couldn’t even pretend to get my foot in the shoe. I had to return.

It was like putting on a size medium glove when you wear an extra large.

Very narrow - and short. Never got used to them.

Shoes are comfortable, but the eyelets keep ripping.

Size, fit, and style are all great. They wore out too quickly and the material was susceptible to breakdown

I generally loved wearing these, but a few things held me back. Chiefly, the non uniform bottom can cause weird sounds and there seems to have been a persistent sound when I walked. Additionally, the toe area gave out after a few months of wear and these are basically useless now.

Way too small, tight, and expensive. I like my cheap tennis shoes 10 x better.

I walk about 5 miles per day and this shoe broke down fast. Heal has separated from the back in about three months. No support when I started to run. I had to stop running due to my knees were not feeling good after I work out. For the price my next shoes will not be this type of shoe. Asics are the choice for me next time.
