Love, love, loved these shoes - but 2 major issues: 1. they are not durable at all, I had mine for about 6 months and they started to tear through on both shoes - I wear these on weekends and for an hour in the morning for workout - I expect more from a $150 shoe. 2. they squeak like crazy if you ever get them wet, e.g. walking across a parking lot or something in the rain - and my socks always got wet. but the slip on/off and comfort and style can't be beat, but I can't bring myself to buy again.

Very narrow. Runs small. Hurts my feet. You can see from photo how they have really squeezed the toe box of the shoe on the right. Beware

After wearing these shoes twice the top back of the heel lost its support. This only happened on the left shoe. The right one is fine. I can not wear these comfortably now as my foot slides out.

After just 2 or 3 months it has started piling off

Shoes were returned because the left shoe had a spot on it, looked like glue. love the shoes, just didn't want to try to get the glue off, might make it worse.

I have a pair of On Cloud's and normally wear a size 9M. Ordered, and it was too large. Ordered 8.5M, still very wide at the toe even though it says it's a Medium.

The shoes do not appear brand new. They have the alternative laces on as well as a few scuff marks on them. The laces that come with the shoes are not in the original packaging. Very disappointing to say the least.

I received a worn shoe. Nothing about that is ok. Never did I expect this from Zappos!!!!

Cheap shoes. I wonder if OC is making a cheaper version of this shoe for Zappos, because I have heard such good reviews of these shoes from other people but when I received my pair I was shocked. Cheap construction. Cheap material. Flimsy upper, rock hard sole. Do not buy.

These shoes are not worth the money and I wouldn't buy them again.

The 11-1/2 size is a small size I’m stuck now w them as I tossed all the paperwork Sucks $138 and I can’t wear them

I have 2 other pairs of ON sneakers and they are different styles. This particular style (On Cloud5) felt “flimsy” and “unsupportive”. They look good though :)

Color looks completely different than on the pictures.

The right shoe was damaged. Obviously, someone was wearing it for a while and stepped down the back cushion.

The right shoe was damaged in the back. It looked as it has been worn for a while and someone stepped down the back cushion frequently. This pair should have never been shipped. Refund takes far too long!!! This was my first Zappos order ever ... but it's the last one as well. I am very disappointed!

One of the loops that the shoes strings go in broke only after a week of me having them.

Liked the look of the shoe but even after trying two different styles they were too tight on the top of my foot

Complete junk. After two weeks of minor walking on these, three of the “nubs” on the bottom have split off the sole and are walking off. Definitely the last ON I will buy - more of a social media/influencer driven company than anything or remotely decent quality. Skip this brand.

With in 3 times worn had a hole in them, they do not hold up. This is our second pair and the other ones lasted 1 month

Very cheaply built and VERY hard to lace. The eyelets for lacing in the forefoot are ironed shut and require a pen to open up, even then its hard to get the laces threaded. There is not much structure or support in this shoe, it is merely light and stylish
