After less than 6 weeks of owning these shoes, there were holes in the toes. For $130 shoes I expect them to last significantly longer. I definitely do not recommended these shoes. I tried to reach out to Zappos customer service and they did not respond.

You delivered the wrong product.

They were used shoes sold as new. Rip off

Returned due to being one size smaller than normal

I ordered an all black cloud 5 size 13, and I got a different model size 8.5. I imagine someone else got my order.

These shows were used that they tried to pass off as new. Terrible.

After 6 months start ripping on sides

Unfortunately my daughter could not wear them and neither could I.

Came with stains had to return

They were too big

This item is unacceptable as a running shoe. The laces cannot be tightened to securely hold the foot in the shoe. It should only be worn as a casual shoe. The manufacturer should make clear to the buyer that this is not a running shoe.

Very comfortable but my feet wear holes in them within six weeks.

Shoes showed up stained and the bottoms were dirty as is someone wore them and returned them.

I bought 2 pairs and within months, my big toe caused a hole in top of shoe.

Just received these shoes as a birthday present for Sunday. It is Friday evening and I opened to inspect. These shoes are dirty and look like they have been worn at least 6 months. There is a piece of the bottom of the shoe missing and dirt between the cracks. I am so disappointed in the quality control. I now have to wait until after the birthday party to gift them. For $140 shoes, this is not ok.

I am not sure how I got a man’s shoe. Of course they don’t fit

I was sent used shoes! They’re dirty on both the bottoms and insides, obviously worn multiple times outside. Very disappointing.

At first they're great. Then after a few weeks they loose all padding and are beyond uncomfortable. Avoid this brand.

I have ordered the same shoe twice before and had no issues. The soles do wear out quicker than other shoes I've worn. I only had this pair of shoes for 3 weeks and a fabric eyelet broke.

I love the shoes. Very comfortable. However the pair I received had very obviously been worn a few times and then sent back. As the tread was kind of worn. Couldn’t send then back because I got them for a trip.

Very hard for my feet. I have a very bad arthritis

shoe lasted less then 3 weeks till it ripped on topped and reflective stripes are peeling off. very poor quality from a shoe that is supposed to be high quality.

Shame it only lasted a couple of weeks before falling apart

Lasted less than 4 months with my 13 year old boy.

Fit was true to size with my other athletic shoes. Super comfortable shoe for everyday wear walking the dog, running errands etc. I tried wearing them for work where i am on my feet 8-9 hours a day, and within 2 months the sole came apart from the rest of the shoe. Again, great comfortable shoe unless you're on your feet all day. They clearly don'd hold up to heavy wear though.
