These were a huge disappointment and caused a lot of pain due to the lack of any arch support at all. They look nice, but even walking around the block becomes painful. Style with substance.

Loved these shoes BUT when I walked on our hardwood floors, one shoe squeaked and squeaked and squeaked with every step! What the heck! Brand new shoes right out of the box and they squeak. Googled the squeak. Apparently the squeaking is a legit problem with On Cloud 5 as well as other styles. So disappointed as I loved these but had to return. Will not order On shoes again.

The shoes have barely been worn and they look scuffed up and the shoelaces are turning yellow.

I ordered the correct size (13), however they were an open box item and were the wrong size (14)

AWFUL... AFTER A FEW MONTHS, MY BIG TOES POKED THROUGH THE MATERIAL... OTHERS HAVER HAD THE SAME ISSUE

Like many others, mine have holes after 6 months of light indoor use. Never had a pair of shoes so flimsy my socks outlasted them by years.

The Cloud 5 did not work for me. I overpronate and these shoes did not provide enough support, despite the reviews I read to the contrary. My feet/ankles really rolled inwards. After one typical exercise walk my feat hurt afterwards. Also multiple rocks got wedged between the treads. On the plus side the fit well (size 14), are very light weight and look great. They have a lot of ventilation, but so much so that I can't see wearing them in cold weather. Not the shoe for me due to the lack of support and stability.

Buyer beware. I had heard so many good things about the On Cloud shoes, I thought it was time to try a pair. I received the shoes and tried them on without the laces (which are included but not in the shoe), initial fit was good but I need the laces to see if the shoe will slip. I put the laces on and tried the shoes on, went to tighten up the laces and proceeded to pop the stitching out of one of the small loops that hold the laces in place. I couldn't believe it as I was not pulling hard. There is a reason this shoe is so light....it is made of inferior products. Like other reviews state, the shoes don't last....I'm glad I found this out without wearing them as it saved me $160. If you are hard on shoes or expect a pair to last, these shoes aren't for you.

Terrible shoes. Bought for my husband and he says they have no support. :( They are all hype with little support.

Fabric on the front sides started tearing after a few uses

Received my shoes today, was so excited to get NEW ones as I ordered a pair from Zappos on July 25, 2023 and have since "worn them out"!! Loved them so much. So was excited to get my new pair. Opened them up and they are VERY USED!! Have holes in them and can smell that they are used!!! Very disappointmented!! The ones that you sent me are in worse condition then the ones I wanted to replace :( Not sure if I want to order another pair from Zappos since I have to wait and then when they arrive will they be like these??

Crap quality. Frantic and seams not holding. My toe poked thru and shoes barely worn. Too expensive for this poor quality.

Did not like the look of the item

This shoe was defective. the back heel area broke down after 1-2 wears.

Fit is off

This shows are so narrow.

Be cautious ordering these from here. I absolutely love these shoes. But the pair I was sent was definitely worn in and stretched out. I ordered a pair directly from On and it was night and day on fit and comfort.
