These do not have traditional laces. They have an elastic in place of it, so if you like a secure fit like me

nice shoe but very overpriced for the quality....A horrible value and I am disgusted with myself for spending the kind of money for a sneaker.

They are too big so I feel like I have on clown shoes. I had tried several things to ‘fill them up’ so I didn’t feel right returning them.

As another shopper noted these shoes do not fit those with a high instep. The "tongue" of the shoe is not forgiving and puts pressure over the top of foot. I tried loosening the laces...and still not a comfortable fit.

Smaller than Under Armour, Asics, Cole Haan. Return for larger size.

After less than two months of casual walking, the shoes lack support. Also, they have been squeaking since first trying them on for some reason. Really quite embarrassing. They look great and feel great at first, but the support quickly faded. Not happy. Hopefully I am able to return them.

size is good, but these shoes are very stiff and narrow.

this is my second pair of OC and my feet hurt after wearing them. they are too narrow and small for the size I normally get

I love these shoes so much and wish I could wear them, but they definitely run narrow and I have semi-wide feet. One day, hopefully, they'll start making a wide option in most styles.

They made the Cloud narrower, they are now uncomfortable to wear after going through four pairs of Clouds I can no longer wear the same size.

This was a disappointment. I've ordered numerous On Cloud 5 shoes, size 9 1/2 in the past and they fit like a glove. This pair feel very tight - length and width. I am using a shoe stretcher to make them more comfortable but it might be a lost cause.

Each brand fits different so that is on me. The arch support is minimal to none in this shoe. My biggest complaint with this shoe is that I wore them one time during a pop up rain storm. Once they got wet now they squeak every time I wear them. They were silent before they got wet. Now everyone knows when I am coming or going.

Narrow shoe.

The shoes are as comfortable as ever, but unfortunately the company is now using an insole that has a terrible odor to it, making the shoes stink after the first use. This happened with both pairs of shoes I recently purchased. Hoping ONCLOUD figures this out and makes an adjustment.

I thought 12 would be right because that is what i normally wear. Because she was so narrow. I need to go a half size

Love the lightweight comfort and specifically the speed lacing which is game changing. HOWEVER has anyone else noticed these shoes get stinky and smelly and stay that way even with sprays and powders being used? A nurse I work with is having the same problem....

The shoes take awhile to break in, but once they do, they’re very comfortable. However, I only wear them inside at work and in four months, there’s a hole in the toe and the heel is wearing out and makes a squeaking sound every step I take. I love the style, but won’t be buying again since they don’t last long. I would love to keep these for comfort and look, but they just don’t hold up. The plastic end piece on the laces also fell off after a couple of months, and I don’t even touch the laces since they just slip right on.

Length felt true to size but the width on the sole was very narrow. I don't wear wide shoes but the upper edge of the soles were digging into the bottom of my foot a good half inch on each side.

Attractive looking shoe, and comfortable, but not made to last. I've ordered two pairs of these and in both pairs the front toe area slowly wore away until there was a hole. Only good for a few months and then they start to fall apart.

Ripped very easily. This design is cute but it’s not sustainable. They were ripped within a month of using them. My other pair ripped within 8 months. Not worth the outrageous price imo.

Nice looking shoe, had to return because they were too tight on the bridge of my husbands foot and caused pain.

I have bought two pairs of the on cloud 5. The other two were great, nice fit. This pair was too big. Felt that it was a man's shoe rather than ladies. Sad that I am having to return them.

Much too large. I ordered 1/2 size larger, as recommended.

I like the shoes, but I HATE the laces. They come undone every single day.

I am 8W Since they did not have wide, I ordered 8.5 instead. But the shoe feels really tight and not too comfortable. I hope in time it will loosen up a little bit. I won't blame Zappos for this. In my experience their service was excellent.
