Runs big

shoe looks great but fit was poor and width was much more narrow than expected. returned them almost immediately.

The shoes arrived super fast, I was excited to get them, however after reading many reviews I decided to size up. I am a true 8 1/2 M but normally wear a 9 in athletic shoes so I ordered a 9 M. I am now returning these shoes because they are too big for me I will exchange for an 8 1/2.

My husband has purchased this brand before and was excited to get another pair. However, while the length was fine, the shoe was too narrow and they had to go back. If it had come in a wide, we would have exchanged for that.

This is my third pair of cloud shoes. Enjoy the comfort of them very much.

While I really love the LOOK of the shoe - the sizing was too narrow and actually ended up being a bit painful to wear. Thanks to Zappos AWESOME CX, I was able to return and selected a Brooks instead that works better for me.

feels tight around the foot initially and then stretches out nicely

Comfortable and lightweight. I usually wear a 12 but these felt a little short. Returned them for a 12 1/2.

Not for people with a higher volume foot

I love the shoe and am going to reorder it in an 8.5. However, my first pair of ON Cloud shoes was a 9. I am curious as to why the same shoe in a 9 is way too big.

Fits well

It’s a great shoe my 2nd pair the difference is that the shoe is a small size 46/ 11-1/2 I’m bummed but I’ll make them work They a great pair of every day shoes

They run small

They fit and feel good. This is My third pair. Only problem, after a while my big Tow go through the material

These shoes are very comfortable and look good. However, I usually wear the size 11.5 I had ordered here. Sad to say that they fit too small in the toe "box" area. My big toe OR foot sliding up into the shoe's end. They're going back and I'll order the next size up. They come with additional shoe laces if you wish to tie these tighter. Otherwise, you have these, already in place nylon stretch like lacing already in place with a knot at the end eyelets.

Very comfy but lretty tight

Bought these for my son on the advice of his sister. He likes the slip on feature. He said they were comfortable enough. Felt they were a bit tight across the top of his foot but not too bad to keep him from wearing them.

A bit more narrow than I’d like compared to other ON models I’ve tried. After a few wears, they are stretching out a bit and seem more comfortable

My foot is wide compared to European standards, so this was a bit of a tight fit. I will try a wider fit.

So far so good. I’ve only worn these a couple of times so far but they have been comfortable. The fit was great out of the box.

REALLY LIKED THE SHOE BUT IT WAS TOO LARGE-EVEN TRIED INSOLES. DIDN'T HAVE THE NEXT SIZE DOWN FOR ME TO ORDER AND TRY :(
