I love my ON shoes, but they still do not have their size numbers correct. Makes it very confusing when ordering.

Unfortunately I had to exchange due to the original pair ripping but your company was wonderful to work with in getting an exchange

Much narrower than other shoes. Good support but way too narrow.

My son loves these, easy to slip on and off and pretty comfortable, although pricey.

I really wanted these to work because I love the look of them, but they seem to be designed for people with narrow feet. They also didn't feel as supportive as what I was looking for, even with my PowerStep insole. (For reference, I have a pair of Hoka Arahi 6 that are much more supportive and comfortable for me.)

Was given a size 9W of same shoe, the mesh has a hole where the toe fits after a couple of months. But love the shoe.

Fabulous sneakers. I have two Cloud5 for women and love them so bought a pair for my husband. I have a slimmer foot and he has a wider one.... so great for me but too narrow for him through the mid-foot area. He bought another ON style that comes in wide and loves them. Bear in mind he usually does not buy size "wide" but Cloud5 seem to fit medium to slim feet better. I wish On would make two widths in this style. Also, I sized up a full size in length from my regular shoes size of women's 8 to a 9. (I always do that with sneakers) and he sized up a half size and even then toes came to the edge.

The length of the shoe was perfect for me- sometimes sneakers can feel too long for me so I marked this as fitting a little smaller compared to something like Adidas, New Balance, or Hoka. This also felt narrower than the sneakers I'm used to. With a wide foot I gravitate toward NB and Hoka, regular width. I think if I were to wear these for a short amount of time they'd be okay for me, but I was hoping for all day use. Instead, I went with the cloud monster, which seemed to be a little wider in the midfoot and more comfortable all around for me.

Very comfortable. Buying another pair because of much I enjoyed wearing them (wore for work, where I walk/stand most of the day). Only negative, is they only lasted 9 months before tears developed on both sides of the shoe, literally within days of eachother.

I've always loved these shoes, but I feel like the quality is not what it was. I have barely worn these shoes in almost a year of having them, but there is already a hole in the top of the vamp close to the big toe. This is my third pair and my very first pair still looks and has performed better than my subsequent two pairs.

On Clouds are true to size and very comfortable. I did have to exchange the last pair because the stitching had become undone. Zappos handled the exchange very fast and without any hassle.

Larger tan anticipated

These are nice shoes. I wear a 12 and the size is perfect except that they are a little narrow. I bought these wanting to run in them, however since they are a bit too narrow, I will use them for everyday walking/ working.

These shoes are so cute. Unfortunately they run half size bigger. I usually wear 7 1/2 but these were way too big. Hoping the 7s fit perfect!

Cons: There is no room orthopedic inserts and I had to lydiard lace them to ease the pain on top of my foot, both problems I don't have with Asics right out of the box. As for looks, design is lack-luster and, with the tan ones I purchased, the black "tongue" really seems out of place particularly if you do not lace them to the very bottom, which is not the way they are shown nor the way they arrive. Pros: They are overall a comfortable shoe and if you do not have any foot problems you will likely be happy with them. It sort of feels like you're walking bare foot in them but with the soles of your feet protetected. If they last a year and anywhere beyond, I'd say they were worth the money.

I love on cloud. I had Cloud X before and this one is way narrower. I’m returning.

Shoes are good but they came in a different band that said the original box was damaged. There’s supposed to be additional laces in the box but they are missing.

They are comfortable but I need more arch support so I had to put an insert in them. They are light and good looking but not sure how long they will last for casual wear......I won't be running in them.

I'm first On Cloud time user. I love how light weight they are. I work long hours at a hospital and they seem to help me. I enjoy the shoe because they give an arch support.
