All good

I have the same pair in the natural white and they were not as snug as the black pair. Prolonged wear in one day actually hurt my feet. They were uncomfortable.

Everything is great about this shoe EXCEPT, durabillity. Hence, 4 stars, not five. They are super comfortable and light and look fantastic, the only problem is, they do not last. The material that the upper is made of tears and develops a hole within one year. I would think, for the price, they could find a more durable, yet still comfortable, material to construct the upper.

I'm torn about these shoes. They're very, very light, comfortable, and great walking shoes, but they have almost zero durability. Mine are a month and a half old and are about done. I walk about 14000 steps a day on city streets, so I may have slightly above average step counts, but this is the fastest I've ever gone through a pair of shoes and willfully re-ordered. I don't know if I'm making a mistake, but they really are fantastic shoes, even if they don't last long.

I feel that these black of the same size ten smaller than their white counterpart.

The shoes were uncomfortable very hard no cushioning.

Was sent wrong size…2 sizes up. Hahaha like clown shoes. Customer service was super easy and nice. The my refunded money, sent my return label and reordered. Hopefully fulfillment will get it right this time.

I love these and this is my second or third pair so far. They're super comfortable and easy to slip on. Few downsides, the first is that the decals/logs wear off easily which seems strange. Second, the tread doesn't grip well or seem to provide much stability on slippery surfaces like a rainy side walk or, worse, when there's a bit of snow. I also feel like the tread wears out on these really quickly and I find I have to replace them more than other sneakers I've had in the past.

Shoe fit nicely out of the box. Easy to take on and off. However, I am returning these. A co-worker recommended these for work. We stand on hard floors for many hours at a time and he said they were very comfortable for him, so I gave them a try. I find that my feet start to hurt, as in get tired, after standing for a few minutes without moving. There is little cushioning in the heels. I find myself rolling on my sides to take the pressure off the bottom at time so get some relief, sit down, or take a walk to keep moving. I think they would be great for there intended purpose, but they don't work for me. I would consider again only if I'm looking for a walking, and or, a dedicated running shoe.

They are great shoes and easy to slip on. Love the look. But fit a bit snug and feel like they are 10.5 instead of 11. Also, not as comfortable for walking around all day as expected.

This is my 2nd pair of On Clouds and I normally order an 8.5. This style (which I love) runs a bit large. I feel like I could have worn a size 8. I just compensate by wearing thicker socks so overall, I am happy with my purchase.

Cloud 5 was true to size and fit. Styling was on point. Comfort could have used just a little more cushioning.

I never had problem with 9.5 . They are way too small

I have had 5 or 6 pairs of these and the fit is consistent. Like but don’t love the color combo. Wish they would offer some of the earlier combos again. Overall great shoes that fit me well.

Solid shoes. They do feel a 1/2 size too small (Size 14). No issues with the fabric anywhere with over 300 miles on them, but the foam did break down pretty catastrophically with age. They should consider a solid sole or at least a rubber pad across the entire foam bottom (instead of parts) to help with longevity (maybe this is handled in other models). They were a bit expensive considering how quickly the foam broke down.
