The length of the shoe is true to size but the width is narrow. As far as comfort is concerned, I expected more considering the price tag and hype that is associated with these shoes. I feel like more support should be given under the foot.

Original order was for my regular shoe size. When received they were about a half size to big. Went on to the website, requested an exchange and it was seamless. I printed my return label and received confirmation that the new size was being shipped.

I’m always a 7, and based on the previous reviews ordered a 7. It was too big, I’m exchanging for 1/2 size smaller Very lightweight and seems to be comfy.

Had these for just over 3 months and both shoes have holes on the outsides right by my pinky toe. Called customer service she said sorry but you're right outside 3 months so we can not do anything. $150 for shoes down the drain. They are comfy but do not last at all. Will not buy again

Very comfortable initially, but not very durable. The top started to split in a couple of months and i can now only wear black socks with it to make the tears less obvious.

I’ve purchase several of these shoes over the years. However this last pair was very tight and actually felt a 1/2 size smaller than in the past.

The size and fit was great and they’re very comfortable shoes. However, the durability is not great the back heel fabric is already mostly gone after 8 months. By contrast my previous pair of Salomon's lasted several years(but required considerably more break in time)

Too narrow so bottom of sole felt unstable

Bought these because they were listed as “water proof.” They are no better than any other sneaker. I like the style but the quality is just average. After a week, I had some fabric digging into my soul and the back heal had some collapse damage. I’ll buy them again but not for $140!

OnCloud does NOT make a WIDE shoe. The shoe was classic and well made but too thin for my foot. Back it goes!

I bought these shoes for my son-in-law as a Christmas gift. He said they felt snug and narrow. He wanted a shoe that has a more room in width. I am returning the OnCloud shoe and I have already purchased the men’s Spinner 2 for my son-in-law. Thank you.

Too big.

I like the look however the width felt too snug. I don't have wide feet so the shoe felt uncomfortable. I can imagine my feet being happy to take these shoes off after a long while.

Toe box not wide enough.

These look good and for the most part are comfortable, but where the ankle is, is way too tall. It causes pretty bad pain because the shoe is pushing up on the ankle bone itself. Really frustrating and uncomfortable. Probably going to sell these on Facebook after wearing them 3 times

The show pushes into my ankle bone (lateral malleolus) and gets really painful. The shoe is comfortable and it does feel like walking on clouds but it is NOT a good shoe for narrow and long feet as there is too much lateral shifting causing painful corns and calluses.

Shoe is too narrow. Had to completely remove the laces, and still must use a shoe horn to get them on. Can only wear them for a short period. Unfortunately they were a gift so by the time I received them the return date had passed.

Width is narrow. Shoe looks great. Sad I have to return. I have neuropathy and I can not afford to keep a tight fitting shoe.

I purchased these because they were supposed to provide a very cushioned feel. Unfortunately, they seem to be more gimmicky than anything. They are not soft nor plush as I expected but they are not uncomfortable either. I do like their look (not too flashy since I am older and not a kid). I do sometimes feel a ridge of material where the tongue is sewn to the side of the shoe when I tie them tighter to prevent slipping on longer walks. Overall, they are good everyday shoes but overpriced and not really a sports shoe.

This shoe just didn’t work for me over a long day. Felt right and narrow. Nothing comfortable at all. They are short term wear shoes. A whole day of wear left my feet aching and tired.

I need wide.

Very little support with a very thin insole. I am keeping the shoes because I changed out the insoles
