The size and fit are great. But the arch support is horrible. Felt like a thin piece of cardboard. Had to buy inserts which you shouldn't have to do on an expensive shoe.

Unusually narrow, even more so in the heal. As the in width size “A”. Unfortunately had to return the shoes.

Narrower width than previous pair I purchased (OC 5 Glacier white). Should have sent them back.

did not feel "squasy" enough

Awesome shoe for the first two weeks with the stretchy laces but just changed out to the normal laces to run and one of the holds on the shoe ripped off so it doesn't hold the lace anymore.

very comfortable, but weak material after 5 months a little spot on my left pinky started developing, now I have a huge hole and can't wear them anymore.

This is my first pair of On shoes in several years. I had a pair of the Clouds 5 or 6 years ago before the brand took off. It feels like they have lost some of their comfort and quality in the intervening years. The shoes feel a bit more plasticky than I recall (and I still have those older shoes, so I could compare). Further, they felt firm under the foot, so they were never terribly comfortable. In fact, my feet kind of ached with them on. So I ended up returning them. Incidentally, the 11.5 might have been a bit too small for me. But my feet looked like they were swimming in the 12. So they just might not be right for me. YMMV.

Did not give enough support

Material was thin and light. I have flat feet so fit was uncomfortable.

Felt really comfy for first half hour but unfortunately run too small and narrow (and I have narrow feet to start with so these must be worse for folks with slightly wider feet). Weird niggling pressure on the bridge part of the shoe as well. Overall very disappointed as have been after a pair of On for a long while. Guess I'll go get another pair of my trusty guaranteed comfort and fit Asics...

I have been wearing On shoes for the past 5 years and this was going to be my 6th pair of On shoes. But this current generation of the On Cloud (5) fits differently. It's narrowerer than previous models. Previously On shoes fit me great (I wore 3 different types of models over the years, including two previous versions of their regular cloud shoe) and they were the most comfortable fit. But I am returning this one. Sad.

Way too narrow and looked kind of cheap!

Men’s & Women’s were mixed up so sizing was way off. No gender sizing posted with my order or non-gendered European sizing so it was super confusing.

Very difficult to install the laces that were furnished; my reason for return. These shoes are very comfortable; I will try another model of ON shoes.

Too small for running

Just never had the support or comfort. Have put on hundreds of miles on these and it still feels like I'm walking on stiff boards. Gave them plenty of time to 'break in', get comforatable, but they never did. Some of the most uncomforatable shoes I've ever worn.

After two years of wearing them about once or twice a week, they are COMPLETELY worn out. I even emailed On to provide this feedback which was met with total apathy. Super disappointing, as I really like the shoes. Oh well.

Size bought 8.5M(40 European), but size stated in the 42.5

Seemed cheap

I have read about On cloud and spoke to numerous people about them. First they are extremely light, But then that is the only positive thing I can say. They hurt my feet when I wear them for long periods of time and they are not comfortable at all. I thought I needed to break them in but no such luck. I disappointed to say the least.

I found the On Cloud to be substantially more narrow and uncomfortable than other shoes of similar size. I really wanted to like them because I own stock in the company - LOL! But unfortunately, they weren't right for me.

These shoes looked worn upon arrival! Had a coffee looking stain on one shoe and didn't smell new! concerning!
