These shoes are comfortable except for the fact that they are narrower than I’d like. They hug my feet a little too tight and I was achy for a little bit after having worn them for a while

A half size too small

Need to let customers know this shoe runs 1/2 size smaller.

I really wanted tis shoe to work. The ridged bottom feels great- no pressure points. The problem for me is my foot is so low volume that it hits me up high as my foot sinks so far down into the shoe. It is also wide for me creating a sloppy feel. I have to return them. You ladies with a normal width shoe will enjoy these shoes

i went half size up and wide but still to narrow.

If only the toebox had a little more height, width and length :( so comfy Maybe I'll try the 7 wide

I loved the look of this shoe and wanted it to work. Unfortunately it felt too narrow. I then ordered a half size larger hoping that would work, but it didn't. This shoe would probably work well for someone with a narrow foot.

The laces don't go up high enough to feel secure on my feet.

I liked the shoes but the inside soles were pretty dirty. Someone must have had dirty feet when trying them on or wearing them. The bottoms looked ok though otherwise I would have sent back for a new pair.

I had to return these. I wear a 9.5, ordered a 10 and they were still too small.

I'm really bummed. I love the shoes, after trying to find shoes that my feet wouldn't be in total pain from by the end of the day, my sister recommended On. I was obsessed with them, wore them all the time for just day to day. They lasted 4 months and like others have stated in their reviews, there is a hole where the big toe is on one of the shoes. For $140 you expect a shoe to last longer than 4 months! I'm re-thinking ordering anymore shoes from On now. Just super disappointed

I was disappointed as I think the shoes look great and I wanted to like them. They fit well enough when I ordered up a half to a whole size, BUT the sole, which looked as if it would be giving and spongy, is very hard, and hit my toe joints right where they hurt, so the shoes were painful. I am returning them, sadly.

I love these shoes but they were a little too narrow across the toes.

I like the way these look and they're soft, but there's no arch support. I have somewhat high arches and instep, and these don't support my arches. Based on other reviews, it wouldn't be worth looking for a separate insole to put in here because I agree these are narrow and it would be hard to fit them. Also, if you have a high instep or wider foot, you'll likely need to remove the quick laces and put in the traditional laces they provide because the quick laces feel really tight.

I read the comments, but went with my normal size because my feet are rather narrow. Big mistake. These look great but were way too tight compared to others. Definitely go up a half size at least.

These have NO cushion

There is a design flaw in the toe. You can see the big toe through the shoe. I think that will wear down the material quickly. The heavier should come up higher. Their ok and fairly comfortable but will not buy again.

They are an awesome shoe-my daughter and husband love theirs but mine are so narrow I need to return them. I can usually wear medium width but these are really narrow. I was really looking forward to great shoes.

Shoe fit nicely, liked the slip pon convenience for everyday wear, but didn’t wear well. My big toes made holes in the upper. Soles have tendency to trap pebbles, sticks and mulch.

I was very excited when I tried my niece’s Cloud 5. Like the style, feels like springy. Ordered my size 7,5. My feet are very narrow, didn’t expect to feel tight. But it was. Next- the quality of mesh. It’s so thin, only one layer. I understand meaning of creating - foot is breathing better. Unfortunately I have big toes longer than usual and my concern was of poking hole in this very thin mesh. I went to reviews and found pictures of this situation that I described. So, I decided to return and back to my old style ASICS. Venture7 or 8 wasn’t available my size or desirable color. Upsetting I found only in Amazon and ordered there. Too bad- I like Zappos for so easy exchange and return policy. They are my favorite!

The shoe is narrow. It is not for someone with wide feet. Sorry to have to return them since they are very stylish.

Inconvenient because shoes touch malleolus.

I wanted to love these but I just could not. I like the slip on aspect of these shoes but they felt a bit snug in the footbed. Also they did not feel very cushy like I am used to with a Brooks Ghost. I was wanting a more casual looking shoe which it does look like with a slip on feature but it doesn't fit my cushion level.

I really wanted to like these shoes. However, the fit was too snug and they were uncomfortable.
