Ran a half size small

Very cute but runs small

Loved these shoes, and had heard praises sung from many purchasers. Disappointed these felt a bit "pinchy" and as I planned on using them as walking shoes on vacation I had to return them.

Shoe fit great but does not have enough cushion/support for my long almost 13 hour shifts as an ER nurse. Will check other style options

This review is not so much about the shoe, but about the service. I've always been very pleased with Zappos...products and service. But these shoes have definitely been worn. First, there was no tissue around the shoes, no stuffing in the shoes, the bottoms of the shoes were dirty, and they felt worn. I don't care how much they might be "fine," I paid full price for NEW shoes and that's what I expect to receive. Sorry, Zappos...this just pushes my buttons.

I usually wear between a 10 1/2 to 11 depending on how the shoes are made.. I ordered an 11 here just in case and they run a taaaad bit tight. Not too small just tight, so if your ordering, consider ordering a half size up from your normal wear!!

very comfortable , I ordered my size which is an 8 1/2, it fit perfect and that's usually for me because I have wide feet.

Only issue I have with the shoe is there is not enough arch support. I tried with an orthotic and still not enough support. To much pronation for a running shoe. To bad because I really liked everything else about the shoe.

I wear a size 8 shoe so I bought a size 8…but it was too small. I exchanged it (which is very easy to do…compliments!) for an 8 1/2 but still had to remove the inner sole. 9 would have been too large. They are light-weight and appear to be comfortable. Time will tell.

In terms of a slip on trendy sneaker these are it!! Not as cushy as other traditional tie On’s or Hoka Bondi (best cushy sneaker) but they are comfy and have a “flatter” sole (No roll / drop /meta rocker) but certainly a great slip on to run errands but would not recommend if you are on your feet ALL DAY (then I would suggest On CloudFlyer or other but my fav is Hoka Bondi for all day on your feet especially if you have feet/knee/ hip issues).

Had to return. They run very wide, especially in the toe box.

shoe was OK. AAAAAPeople raved about the sneaker. I expected the sole to have more support. i feel lHokas is beter

I seem to have an unpopular opinion but these shoes are not comfortable for extended wear or distances. They are comfy out of the box and fine for daily lifestyle, short walks. However wearing them for 12 hour shifts on my feet as a nurse, my feet and shins are aching by halfway through the day. Similarly, I’ve walked 5 miles in them and my feet ache before I’m finished. They feel like a $50 pair of sneakers.

I have seven pairs of this style shoe so I know what I've been buying. This shoe is not the same. It’s bigger, wider and clunkier. Whats going on? Returning.

I normally order a half size larger in OC and have these in the exact same style but this color way is way too snug. Have to return them. I guess size up 1 full size for some colors!

Love them but got a hole in the toe area in less than 6 months. Only use for walking around/casual.

The shoes were worn. Bottom and top were dirty. Returned immediately!

They look cute and not constricting on the foot. Lightweight. Just not enough cushioning. I was expecting them to feel like walking on clouds. Nothing like that sadly.

After thinking about this purchase, I am disappointed. This is my third pair of On sneakers. I feel as if this pair is stiff with no arch support. After putting in my orthotics, I'm sure they will feel better. They are lightweight, but as I said pretty stiff. So, I will have to break them in. They are not like my previous On sneakers. I will keep them hoping that they will improve over time, but expect more for the price.

I have 3 pair of On Cloud shoes. They seem to be getting bigger and bigger in the length and toe box. I compared this pair with my original pair, and the new pair was ½ inch longer and ½ inch wider in the toe box!! Very annoying. Going back.

Shoe felt too narrow and not enough room in the toe bed.

I had to return. I have a high instep and the were to snug.

It seemed small

The shoes are cute but they feel super cheap. Minimum support for running or working out. The quality reminds me of the adidas cloud shoes which are $40.00.
