I was so happy Zappos sent these to me cause I ordered these exact shoes form 3 other companies and all 3 sent me refunds and said they did not have this specific shoe in stock!

I now understand the hype with this brand. Yes they are pricey but so worth it. These shoes fit true to size, are stylish, comfy and I can run in them which is so important to me. The white On Clouds go with all my outfits. The best purchase ever.

The size was perfect the fit was great I love the feel I get from walking its like a bounce feeling to it the material is breathable even with my sock on I can still feel the air coming through

I ordered too big

This is my 7th pair. You might think I'm a devotee and you'd be right, but I'd rather they didn't fall apart so soon that I need to keep buying another pair every year or sooner. Still hard to beat a slip on that looks and feels this good.

true to size. very thin uppers, not appropriate for cold weather.

I have been wearing this style for awhile and really liked the fit and available colors. However, the arch support in this latest pair did not feel like those I had in the past. I returned them and went with the OC 5 Push instead.

I LOVE these shoes. They’re so comfortable. I have a wide ogre foot and these fit well. They are narrow, but they don’t feel narrow. I will say that some of the tread is starting to come off, and I’ve barely had them a month. I am a little worried about how they will hold up!

I have the OnCloud 5 in three colors now (purple, black, and this off-white color). I wear them for casual walking, all errands around town, and definitely to protect my feet in the long walk from the parking lot to my office at my job. I bought thin sock liners to wear with them and sometimes I forget to take them off during the day. I like the variety of colors so you can use them with different outfits. I would not wear these for "serious" walking but for casual strolls and everyday use, they are great. Caution: a bit snug in the tapered toe box. Order up at least half a size in these cute and comfortable sneakers

I ordered my regular size and the 1/2 size up that folks said I might need. It was a close call, but in the end, I thought the 8.5 (regular size) would work. But when wearing them around the house for an hour or so, my knees began to hurt. I took them off and tried again later, and my piriformis started to hurt. After speaking to my physical therapist and showing him the shoes, he said they didn't provide enough arch support for me. I was disappointed because everything else about the shoe seemed nice. But I'm returning both pairs. I'm giving the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 a try.

I purchased the size I normally do for running or work out shoes and I thought they fit the length of a Size 7 but I did think they felt a bit narrow at the widest part of my foot. I still kept them bc it wasn't bad but just not as roomie in that part of the shoe. I like the look and they are going to be worn as a casual shoe so I wasn't worried as much about the width of the shoe.

These are incredibly cute shoes! It seems that because its a loose lace shoe that it is fitted a little smaller/snugger. It's a good fit for a narrow foot but I would recommend going up 1/2 size.

They seem tight in the toe box

I’ve heard great things about this brand. They feel good but not the walking on cloud experience.. maybe it’s too soon, is have wanted to wear them more than once which says a lot considering I’m not really a sneakers gal.

We ordered a women’s 8.5 M, but received a 8.5 W. We sent it back for a replacement, which also turned out to be 8.5 W. Sent it back for another color. - still a 8.5 W. We gave up as they were way too wide.

I just felt like they were too plain. I think I like some color contrast in the shoe. I have had a pair of On Cloud gray with hot pink and black for many years and still love them. Wish I could find that color combo again.

I really want to like these. My husband loves his. I think I need a wider size. I’m going to try a 1/2 size bigger. Just felt too tight especially in my heels.

My third pair of the cloud 5’s. Super comfortable and great colors. First time ordering them through zappos and did not receive the extra laces that are usually included. What’s up zappos?

The sole of the shoe is very comfortable. It feels like there would be no pressure points. The front of the shoe runs too short for me. I am unable to use my custom orthotics in the shoe so I will not reorder in a nine. My foot is on the narrow side. The width is very nice without a lot of foot sliding around as often happens in a medium width shoe for me.

Comfortable and slip on feature is very nice. Not as comfortable as the Hokas I've owned in the past, but I was ready to try something new. I don't love the color options, which is why I didn't give 5 stars.

Love the look of the brick red shoe on my foot. This is my second pair of On Cloud shoes. Last pair almost the exact same style. The length of the shoe feels a bit shorter than same size I ordered before. It came with two different laces and I removed the lace that allows me to simply slip into the shoe. From my last pair I didn't think the slip on shoe format keeps my foot in alignment when walking. I changed the laces to the tie version and foot feels much more secure. Just wish my US size 10 shoe was a tiny bit longer. Tried a 10.5, but way too big. My normal shoe size is a US 9.5... so definitely size up a half size.

4th pair. They are light to wear. I have to add foot/arch support due to very narrow foot and high arch. Would be better if there was more padding

Loving these so far. My second pair of ON and have liked them both a lot. I bought these for walking/general wear, but did wear them running a few times when I went on vacation and didn't want to pack my regular Mizuno running shoes, and I thought these felt great.

Would definitely go up a 1/2 size. Very narrow even for a M width.
