I ordered Men Size 9 and received Women Size 9

second pair of on clouds that were defective

They were great at first, but after a while, would make the widest part of my foot ache. I think they are just too narrow for my feet.

These are my 12th or 13th pair of the same size. These are too small. Should have listened to other reviews. Very disappointed.

Looks cute until you put it on. Pokes out on the side because it is so thin and light and has no structure. It’s like wearing a sock! A shame because it was all white, which is hard to find these days. Disappointed. Sent them back.

Sized small compared to other On Cloud’s I have purchased. Overall, I’m disappointed in this particular model.

I was excited to get a new brand of shoe and loved the looks of the On Clouds. I ordered an 8M and was delivered a pair of 8W. I made contact with the Customer Service and they verified my order of 8M and that, yes, they sent me a wide. A new pair was sent and arrived today.....another pair of 8W! I had been told that they CONFIRMED that they had 8M in stock. I'm sending both back.

I ordered a medium by a wide width showed up. Please be more careful with your distribution. Disappointing

Ordered my normal size and the shoe fit, but the top was so tight over the top of my foot even if I took off the elastic laces. Super uncomfortable. Maybe it would loosen up over a break in period, but the fit was too uncomfortable to leave on to even try and break them in. Sent them back.

Runs very small and narrow

wow ! such a popular and cool sneakers but extremely narrow!!! Narrow , narrow narrow . On Cloud , please do something about this . I love the product but way way too narrow . I am so disappointed that this.

Well first I would like to state ai placed an order and cancelled it bc I accidentally put the wrong size. i was still charged for it and still have yet to receive my refund it was placed March 13th. I emailed the company multiple times and never heard anything back even provided screenshots and order number for proof.

Stiff - hard - no cushion - no bounce. Not at all as purported. Made my feet sore.

I had heard great things about these sneakers and was really excited to be getting a new pair that would be great for walking now that spring is finally upon us. I normally wear a size 8, ordered a half size up and could barely get my foot into the shoe. VERY tight and narrower than expected. Sadly I had to return them.
