This is the second pair of these sneakers I have purchased this year. The ones I purchased in late May 2023 did not hold up at all and started to tear on the top mesh. Zappos will not allow a return since they were worn and they will not exchange since it is over 6 months. It is actually 2 days over the six months however I ordered on May 22 2023 and I did not receive the sneakers for almost a week, I only used the sneakers LESS than 6 months. I am disappointed Zappos will not assist and disappointed this pair of sneakers did not last like the first pair I ordered in 2022 Hoping that Zappos will reconsider and allow an exchange.

The shoe was cute and true to size however they were ripped in multiple places. That made me pretty upset cause it makes me think every shoe I get from this site is going to be of the same quality especially these shoes being pricier.

Are these men’s or women’s? There is no description saying either way?

I bought a pair of on cloud, l spent 172 dollars but the shoes are horrible, my feet hurt so bad at the end of the day l can barely walk my feet hurt so bad l had to spend more money to buy an extra pair

I opened my package today and discovered I was delivered used, dirty shoes. I'm very disappointed. They are being returned right back to Zappos.

To large

I tried a half size down and they were still a little big, so I would definitely order a true size down. Please be aware that these do not fit like the others listed for sale.

Worn for less than 2 months and they have a hole in the toe already. They are comfortable but not worth the amount of money paid for them.

The shoe has a green/blue tint and is not white.

The color was a very light blue. Not as shown.

After one year the back of the right shoe is defective. These shoes have not been worn a lot. My brooks running shoes have lasted three years with no defects.

Love these shoes, these are my second pair. However, the came worn and dirty.

Comfortable until it falls apart . Very poor quality shoe . It has been a little over three months that I purchased this shoe and already there is a hole where the big toe is and one where my little toe is . Very disappointed in the piss poor quality of this pricey shoe.

wrong width sent

I love these sneakers but the tread on the bottom only lasted three months before falling apart. I walk an average of six miles a day. I have purchased many of these shoes in the past. These are a HUGE disappointment

Fabulous buying another pair.

I’ve been buying On Clouds for years. I love them. I got these for my 13-year old son. They were destroyed in less than 3 months just from going to school. I’m not sure how that is even possible.

The shoe fits well and are comfy HOWEVER, they do NOT last! The soles on both shoes are separating from the shoes. I tried taking to a shoe repair and they do not repair due to the way they are put together with heat. I also contacted on and they do not recommend gluing the soles. I would not recommend and I will not purchase again.

One shoe was much larger than the other and they are the same size. I kept wondering why the left one felt looser. Then I compared the two and found them to be much different in size. They felt like they would be comfortable if they were the same size. I’ll try ordering again and I’ll keep my fingers crossed.

Size was totally wrong. This is the exact same shoe that I bought about 6 months ago and now its a full size smaller. Terrible quality control at ON. Sending shoes back. How can 10.5 US be 8.5 UK?

This hoe huts the foot so badly It has not support and is not comfortable at all.

This was the first time I ordered from Zappos. I waited a week for my package and Zappos sent the completely wrong item. So disappointed and frustrated with this experience. Not sure I'll try Zappos again. Easier to buy from other sources (faster, more efficient).

These shoes are not comfortable to me. I did not feel like I was walking on a cloud.
