I’ve had them for less than a week, and the back is already collapsing on one of them. I am very careful putting them on, so i don’t know how this happened.

I didnt like the shoes and returned and it back to them but it takes ages to get refund. Please be careful when you shop with On website. You will not get refund processed and they will make you read return policies innumerable times. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID RETURNS WITH THEM

Sadly, this is NOT even close to the On Cloud 2.0’s most supportive and comfortable fit. Cons: trouble adjusting to the higher heel-to-toe ratio, too wide in the mid foot and heel, and the insole now seems to have built-in arch support which doesn’t align with where my arch actually is. What a shame as On Cloud 2.0 were my go-to sneakers for years.

The show i ordered did not have laces that have to be tied. The white ones in my order are correct. If i reorder how do i know i wont get the same problem???

What on earth happened to these shoes??? I wore these for years, took a break, and then just bought this version. Oh how they hurt! The outside edges of my feet are in so much pain when I wear them and for hours after I take them off. I used to walk 5+ miles a day in the Cloud 2.0 for years. As of this morning and several walks in, I have to stop wearing these shoes. As well, the white has already started turning yellow and I never had that problem before. Really disappointed that this is yet another product has taken a turn for the worse the past few years. Complete waste of a lot of money.

Has something changed in ON sizing these are so narrow! I’ve had over 10 pair of On shoes and these are not their standard with. So disappointed. Wore the shoes before discovering the change in these so unfortunately I’m stuck with shoes I can’t wear.

Unfortunately, I can’t give a review of this sneaker ! I ordered a 9.5 and received a pair of sneakers size 7.5

Fit and size were perfect! BUT…. you…Zappos… sent me the wrong color. I was terribly dissapointed.

It’s very small. Sad to return it’s a beautiful shoe but it doesn’t work for people with high arch

Impossible to thread the shoelaces through the loops at the top. The loops were too small for the shoelaces to thread through.

Shipped to me with dirt on show soles, does not appear new

These seem to run small....were not nearly as comfortable as my Brooks

This is the worst pair of sneakers I have ever bought. Simply too tight. Odered 1/2 size up as recommended and way too tight especially the toe box.. Wore for a month to break in - shoe trees, thick socks, etc. Still uncomfortable and now too late to return. Waste of money and too bad as was really looking forward to them.

Sent the wrong size!

I wanted to check on my return for order number 113-7270949-6789853.... when I received the shoes, they had been worn, were stained and were poor quality. I would like my money to be returned promptly.

I love this shoe and have them inn many colors. I think this particular pair were worn before...the laces were all stretched out. Shame on you Zappos!

You sent the wrong shoes. I wear a MENS 11 and you sent me a woman’s size 11. I returned them and I won’t buy from you again

fit is wrong. 1 size smaller than ordered

Very tight and I've purchased this same shoe elsewhere and it fit perfectly.

This shoe is amazing, but Zappos is NOT!! They sent the wrong size and the customer service guy said they sent it because they didn’t have the size I needed. The shoes appear used, the extra laces aren’t there, and the tissue is generic, not the kind that comes with On shoes when you buy from their site. I thought Zappos was reputable. I guess not.
