This was my first time trying the on cloud brand. I had heard good things about it and the style looked really cute. Unfortunately they were really uncomfortable. I had gone back to my dependable HOKAs.

Horrible shoe

They shoes are great but they don’t lost very long. Second pair. Both pairs had holes in the fabric near the toes in less than a year

If you have a rebuilt ankle sneaker sits up to high on the side.

Terrible feeling. Rides too high on the back.

these shoes were delivered without a box or any packaging. Upon inspection it is clear that they are used. There is still dirt in the treads on the bottom of the shoes. Not what I would expect from Zappos.

Have only worn 3 times and the side is splitting.

These all white shoes came in defective and not well packaged. Shoes soles look used. The right shoe was not laced upon arrival in box, not correct lace and lace holes too small to lace. Can’t get size, so returning. Love the all white color, frustrating!

there is no support. I had them in the box for a year because i had two other pair I wore with my orthotics and they were fine. i only wear on clouds to do errands, not for walking my dog. So I tried to wear these twice to run errands and my feet hurt bad enough to go see a podiatrist!! I loved the fact that you did not have to lace them up and could just slip on. I am sticking with my hoka Bondi! they are the best for support and comfort.

I would have liked to have kept the shoes but they were worn/used. The soles were dirty and clearly worn. They should not have been sent/sold to me.

These shoes were not comfortable at all. There was virtually no cushion.

These shoes were comfortable and they looked as expected. However, when I laced them up to tie them the loop that holds the laces broke.

Too narrow. Hurt my feet and were returned immediately.

Thought they were fine until I wore them walking and my toes went numb. Not true to size or something else is off with the fit to make them uncomfortable. I usually wear 6.5-7. Purchased a 7.

Return item and Zappos received 2 weeks ago and have not refunded me.

I wore these for a month and then they got a hole! I usually love these shoes but very disappointed

Sent Men's size 9.5 instead of Women's

It’s taken me over a year to write this review. My second pair of these shoes. A hole on the pinky toe of this shoe both times. The first pair I used on vacation in Europe and thought it was from all the walking. The second pair I barely used and same thing. The fabric is too thin. I have another style of On and it’s fine. Too bad because they’re so comfortable to slip on. That’s why I got the second pair.

I’m suspecting there is a manufacturing issue with my right shoe. I’ve worn them for a week and my right shoe is causing considerable pain in the right side of my foot. My left foot is fine but the right shoe seems to be somewhat smaller. Also, the amount of cushioning I was expecting is absent.

Never received my order, very disappointed

Sides of shoes blew out 3 months into wearing them . Not worth the amount I paid.
