Fit was overall smaller than expected, and toe box fit too snugly. Lack of 'give' and cushioning.

These are terribly uncomfortable. So rigid and lack bounce. Hurt my feet immediately

Narrow toe box- would work if you have narrow toes.

I purchased the all black pair. These arrived already worn. There’s discoloration on the toe and hair stuck to the shoes.

Used to love these. Walked all over Germany a few years ago and my feet felt great. Finally decided to buy another pair and they just don’t offer the same comfort or longevity in walking around. Not sure if the quality has changed or if my feet have changed but I’m wishing I would have returned them straight away. Now I just try to wear them in small doses otherwise my feet get too sore.

Super comfortable! But have only had them a few months and already a hole in the pinky toe area. I have average feet - not wide, no bunion-type things, and average amount of walking overall. Bummer for what they cost.

Very tight, very stiff shoe. No wiggle room in the toe box. After wearing for 10 hours, my feet don’t hurt any less than with other brands. These are very expensive shoes for what you get. I don’t get all the hype.

The shoe is really cute and I love the Lily Frost color. Unfortunately, even going a size up still feels narrow for my wide feet. I think it would be a great shoe support-wise for lots of talking but have a feeling my feet will be aching by the end of the day.

This is my 4th pair of On Clouds and I obviously love them, but this pair in my normal size were a whole size too big. I’m not sure why the sizing was so off, but they sadly had to be returned.

Beware of Inconsistent fit! Bought this shoe in a reddish color from Nordstrom and it fits so beautifully I wanted more. This is the third pair I have tried in 3 different colors. This is one runs short, another was too narrow, another had a crooked tongue. I wear a size 11, maybe they loose quality control on the larger sizes?

I thought I was going to love these but it cause my sciatica to act up. No arch support at all. I’m returning these as they’re so uncomfortable for me to wear.

My feet hurt after 1hr of standing not worth the money would return if I could. New balance, Puma work better for standing all day. Make my ankles look way bigger than other shoes.

I was expecting more of a cushioned insole but these were pretty stuff and squeezed my feet and I have pretty narrow feet. I got regular width. Just wasn't a good fit. I will stick with my sauconys and sketchers.

This shoe runs a least a half size small, maybe more. And, it rubbed a blister on my ankle in just a few minutes. So sad b/c I love this color combo and it's not available in a larger size now.

I loved these shoes so much from the minute I opened the box. I teach preschool and have worn them almost every day since I got them around March 15. It is now May 13 and my shoes have holes in the material along the sides. They lasted a whole 2 months. I am super disappointed.

So disappointed. This is my third ON Cloud and it is no longer the shoe I love. They look great but have lost the arch support that made them so comfortable.

Beyond tight on the top of my foot!

I really wanted to love these shoes, but I am in between a 7.5 and 8. I rarely am between sizes. In addition, the top of the shoe near the big toe is hard and not flexible. I had my 12-year-old (who has the same size foot) try them on and he agreed. If you are used to wearing knit type sneakers, you will not like these. There is a hard plastic coating over the toes, which I am sure helps with wear and tear, but is not comfortable. The shoes are light and easy to slip your foot into, but are not cushy at all.

I am a true 8 and had to size up in these. I bought them to compare to the cloudswift model and this style felt like wearing cardboard compared to the other style. They look cute though!

These are pretty to look at, awful to slip on. They squeezed my foot across the top. It took seconds for my foot to start going numb. I’m usually ok in a medium width shoe. I think these are made for extremely skinny feet.

The 5 is NOTHING like the X or the running shoes! This pair was stiff, plastic-y, VERY narrow and not good cushioning IMO. So bad I didn’t even try on the matching right shoe!
