I agree with the Top Critical Review. I love the look of the sage and gray shoe but there needs to be more mesh reinforcement at the toe- not nearly enough miles logged to incur a hole at the top of my right shoe. Do better On Cloud especially for the cost and people who have been brand loyal.

Very uncomfortable

The sole is hard and stiff, nothing like the softness and flexibility I'd expected from something called Cloud.

Extremely narrow and uncomfortable through the middle, and the heel rubs.

I could not get my foot into the shoe, it was that small and narrow. Definitely not orthotic friendly.

I have other pairs of ON Cloud sneakers. This pair did not include regular laces. The ON Site does include.

This is a very minimal shoe - not a lot of support. I can imagine it might be cute for walking around but you wouldn't want to do too much walking. The material around the foot felt very thin.

Odd, I have the white cloud 5 love them! The pink is shorter, I measured, Should I order a second pair or another color? Love Zappos,! Usually not a complainer.

These shoes are not built to last. And they certainly aren't built for running or power walking. I agree with the other reviews where they said these shoes don't last more than 90 or 120 days. I'm a realtor and I love being able to slip in and out of them when I'm looking at homes, but other than that, they are not a solid shoe. At $150 a pair, i'm really thinking whether or not i want to buy my third pair in the last 18 months. They look nice, but they start to stretch out, don't hold its shape.

Not a fan of these! The speed laces that they default come with were too loose for me and I didn't like them. The only laces that then fit these shoes are so thin and I don't like them. Overall, I wouldn't say these are even that comfortable (although better once I added my own insoles.) also the design is annoying if you walk on any rocks/gravel, they get wedged into the crevices. Would not purchase again and will go back to Hokas.

I usually wear a size 6.5/7. I ordered a 6.5 and the shoes were wayyy to small. They made my toes go numb after wearing them for less than 10 minutes.

I would not buy these shoes again. They are way too "hard/stiff" and the insole has a poorly made arch support (I bought my own as a replacement). The only reason I kept them is because I need an athletic shoe and can slip my foot into after having a total knee replacement. That is the best feature of this shoe.

I did not realize these would be used shoes! You could tell the arch support was not as good as other On cloud’s I have bought. They were dirty on the bottoms and even on top you could tell they We’re worn. Very Disappointing!

Uncomfortable and squeak when walking. Noisy shoes that have solid bottoms with no cushion. Cute looking, but still returned

Terrible shoe laces, they came with stretchy ones, but sent a different pair with the shoes, so I used them. They are too long, and the laces do not fit in 4 holes because of being square, and not round!! Was going to return them, then realized I couldn't because I wore them twice. So much for their "Swiss Engineering" !! Will not order OG again. and I used to love that gym shoe!

This pair only came with one shoelace! They was a big defect on the heel on one shoe.

The fit is weird; uncomfortable at instep and at inner edge of top. Very hard to get on! Not keeping.

I am consistently a size 7.5 medium in athletic shoes, but the 7.5 M in the On Cloud 5 is too tight. I ordered an 8 and they are better width wise, but are too long and slip off of my heels when I walk. I really wanted these to work because I love the color and look, but for someone with feet on the wider side and a high instep they are not a good fit.

These sneakers are adorable! The fit well and are so comfortable. However, my toe just punctured the mesh and these shoes are now useless. A lot of money to spend on sneakers that literally fall apart in six months….and I don’t run in them.

I was very disappointed but the shoe size was too small and narrow. The cushioning seemed good though.

Not for high arches

These shoes are very narrow at the toe box. I don't have a wide foot at all and these were so tight and narrow that I had to return them. I then ordered the men's assuming they would be wider but no luck, they were just as narrow. I'm returning these as well. I love the look and comfort of the rest of the shoe but I can't wear them.

Loved my first pair of On Cloud Terry shoes - walked 8k-15k steps a day in that pair for over a year. Then bought this pair, the On Cloud 5, and within 3 months the toe area started to come apart.

The shoes are very comfortable , but because I have a large toe the sticks up the toe wore through the shoe in less than two months. I have other brands made of similar material which I have been wearing for a long time without any problem.
