The style is cute but the fit was not, the foot support was not there for working out. However is okay for short distance walks

I thought these shoes were supposed to be one of the best & should have been for the price. I have wore them to work twice & my feet are killing me. No support at all, there is no padding, feels like your walking on the ground.

Felt stretched out like returned multiple times

I wanted to love these. The denim color and style was so cute. But, they didn’t wow me comfort-wise. I expected a lot more comfort based on the hype. I returned them.

The 6.5 in this shoe is too small and the 7 is too large. They are quite narrow so they felt tight across my mid-foot/arch and too loose in the heel. Also, I have high arches, so there wasn't enough arch support. That could be fixed with some insoles if the rest of the shoe fit well.

The shoe has padding on the bottom, but unfortunately I had to return as I'm a true size 11 and these felt like a 10. Slightly narrow in the toe box as well. I wanted to love them as I'm a teacher and I'm on my feet all day, but in actuality I had more foot, leg and hip pain at the end of the day and following day due to poor sizing.

Very hard to put on as the bridge was short

I have a very high arch and this shoe was painful to just try on it did not give enough verticle space in the shoe for my foot. The length (my normal size) was perfect but it made my foot fell numb to wear for only 20 minutes so I returned them. They are gorgeous and the underfoot feel was nice but if you have a high arch/ instep go try them on in person before you buy.

I ordered this in a size 7.5, my normal tennis shoe size. It was perfect in the toe box but too long. I reordered in a size 7. Perfect length but the toe box is too tight. Otherwise, this shoe feels comfortable and light weight. It comes with additional shoelaces if you prefer to tie your shoes, so you have options. I'm disappointed I have to return.

Beautiful shoe but much too narrow. There are no eeewide shoes in this line. Too bad, as the come highly recommended.

Order my usual size 5 as recommended but it was too small, also on the left side it rubs onto my ankle and really hurt. I have a small feet, never wear anything bigger than 5 so definitely run small, bummer because I really like how it looks. Debating should order half size up would help with the rubbing ankle problem.

Loved the looks ! Shipping was good . But they were to wide for my feet . I had to send them back . I could have used a better arch also .

The fit was fine but these just aren’t comfortable for my feet. After trying to wear them for a few days I decided to return them.

I ordered two different styles and these were by far the less comfortable.

The shoe is not wide. I got a size up to fit wide feet and my baby toe still hurts.

The speed laces were too loose, then using the regular laces also didn't make the shoes tight enough for running. Better for a wider foot.

This is the first time purchasing the On Cloud brand. I ordered my usual size for athletic shoes and found them to run small. I typically order a wide in athletic shoes and these were uncomfortably narrow. They do offer some cute styles, tho.

The newer style in this shoe fits shorter than the original.

I was in the market for a new shoe brand and tried On Clouds after hearing people with similar food pain rave about them. These were not for me. These were very hard. I prefer a much more cushiony shoe. There was nothing about these shoes that seemed to warrant the price tag. I was very unimpressed. I don't love the look or color options of them either, so it would have had to been a real winner comfort wise. I went with a Brooks Adrenaline instead.

Fit was a little wide for me as I do have a narrow foot. support was ok but not what I had expected. very light weight and overall very comfortable

Sides of shoe did not support my foot. It's a very good looking shoe otherwise, just not for me.

I love the look of the shoes and they fit well , however, they are extremely uncomfortable when walking! While walking less than 2 miles on the treadmill my feet starting hurting! I had to stop walking and take them off. I was really hoping to love them !
