the shoe feels great other than the fact that is too narrow. I ordered a half size bigger to try to make it work but it does not! so I need to return it.

I buy QC all the time and have been happy and comfortable in them size 9. The pair I just bought was not comfortable, tight and too small. I would like to try the next size up

Cushion is too weak for walking.

I usually am a size 7…. I could barely get my feet into this sneaker. They are very stiff, not sure if I will be exchanging to try a larger size.

These are very narrow, even with thin socks. They also offer no arch support. They cannot accommodate an orthotic because they are already so tight so I had to return them.

I had these shoes for less than 6 months and only wearing them 3 days a week for work. I love them, they are so comfortable, but unfortunately they have ripped where my pinkie toe is.

I believe they run small compared to Brooks. They box says 9W , but the shoe says 9M.

I am a size 7 normally and the 7s fit me, but they have developed holes on both shoes where my smallest toe is. Didn’t even last 9 months and I didn’t walk in them that much. Very comfortable but they need to improve their materials!

These shoes are so cute and comfy but they were too tight for my foot. I often buy Wide width and wanted to try these, which are only available in B width. Unfortunately they aren't for me and will be returned.

I love the feel and fit of On shoes. However, I ordered these because they are advertised as "trail running" shoes. I had hoped because they are trail runners they would not have the problem I've encountered with my other On sneakers which is rocks getting stuck between the treads on the bottom of the shoes. They have the same exact treads and rocks get stuck in these also. NOT what you need in a trail running shoe. I really wish ON would fix this issue.

The length and toe box width were true to size but the tightness across the top of the foot was crazy. I even took the laces out but it was still much too tight for comfort.

Medium width shoes always fit me perfectly; these were too narrow, squeezing enough to make my feet cold!

Shoe looks great but runs small/narrow

Cute shoe and somewhat comfortable in normal laces. The slip on laces don’t work for my high arch. Returned for a more comfortable shoe.

Loved the shoe. Very comfortable but took some time getting used to the stretchy laces but liked the ease of taking on and off. Disappointed in the shoebox fabric. Both sides wore out after about 6 months. Usually shoes last me longer but holes appeared on both “outside” sides of my shoes.

I ordered a 9.5M based on reviews because I normally wear a 9M in everything. However I received a 9.5W, and it was too big. I am having to return them. Hoping a 9 will work and also that I'll get a M and not a W this time. I love how they look and can't wait to get them in my size!

Too narrow in toebox for my wide foot!

Ripped within 8 months. Not worth the hype or money.

I bought these in black and white. LOVED them and would highly recommend to anyone. However not even a year of having them and the stitching came in done on my toe and created a hole. I thought for the price they would definitely last longer.

I wanted to love these shoes, but the elastic laces were too tight and irritated my high arches, leaving red marks on that part of my foot. I don't think the shoes support is very good either.

I have had On Cloud shoes before and wanted to really love these. However, this style - the Cloud 5, was not comfortable on my foot. My foot is narrow and this style wasn't perfect. Also, just wearing them in my kitchen they were squeeky with every step!

This was my third pair of On Cloud, very disappointed with the comfort and fit. Going to try On Cloud X 3.

These sneakers run VERY narrow. I normally wear size 9 (these were) but these were way too tight in width and an inch too long. So disappointed that they didn't work out 'cuz they're great looking sneakers. Going back.
