These fit tight, and I always buy a 1/2 size bigger for athletic shoes. If you have a high arch they may be tight on top. I would return but I already wore them outside.

I really wanted to like these shoes. It wasn't immediately, but I noticed that the shoes started feeling too big, and that my right forefoot always hurt after wearing them - even for only a few hours, and not walking much.

I liked the look of the shoe, but after wearing one day at work, I realized my feet hurt. I have wide feet & I also need a good arch support. I had to return the shoes after one day of wear.

Wanted to love these beautiful shoes. However they feel narrow and I can feel the sole through the sole. Unfortunately they are going back.

Surprisingly disappointing overall. While they are super lightweight and I like how they look, they are completely lacking in cushion and support. They are not worth their high price point in my opinion.

I went up a 1/2 size as I read the reviews and saw that they ran small. I’m glad I did. To be honest, I’m disappointed in these. For the price and all the hype, I expected great comfort. Nothing special! My Nikes offer better support and comfort. If I hadn’t worn them to work all day I’d return them.

Someone stretched them out

Material lacks supporting structure. I was disappointed in the quality and support in this shoe. They were very expensive for a mediocre shoe.

Fit small

Great shoes but the outsides of both feet hurt

Very. very firm foot bed. Actually hurt to walk in them. Difficult to adjust no-tie laces for adequate ankle support.

toe box was too shallow for me. My big toe hit the top of the shoe and is very uncomfortable. My toe will definitely make a hole in top of shoe in time. I tried sizing up but same problem. My sister highly recommended this sneaker but they do not work for me.

I wanted these sneakers to work for me. I looked the light pink color, style and elastic laces. I’m usually a 10 in Nike so I ordered the 10w in these just in case. I should have gotten the 10.5w. I returned them and didn’t exchange because the shoes uppers felt tight as well.

I have had many prior pairs of this shoe / model. I love them for the ease of slipping on, comfort and look. I am usually a six 7 but get a 7.5 or 8 in these shoes. The 7.5 is generally better for me but this current one is markedly narrower than the past versions. Tbh I wish I had returned them because I can’t wear them long before my toes fall asleep. I’m not sure if they have changed the design or I got a lemon but I’d definitely go up 1/2 to a full size. I am hoping they will stretch which has happened with my previous ones. Otherwise they have been a great shoe in the past!

Very cheaply made.

Not the most comfortable shoe. I was actually disappointed bc I've heard such great things about On Cloud. I think this must just be a basic design. There was hardly any added cushion for support. My Hokas are wayyyyy more comfortable. But they do hold up well. I've worn these when out with my kids who always end up stepping on my feet and my shoes still look really clean! That is a plus!

Really cute- but too small( short) - and they make my foot lean to the outer side of my left foot- weird. Returning.

I need a wide its too narrow

Too small, narrow, and tight. They are stylish and seem like they would be comfortable if they fit. I’m not sure if I’ll reorder and size up. I tried them on and they were painful.

Loved the look of the shoe, but I could tell right away there was not enough arch support, I really wanted to keep them, but knew it just wasn’t going to work.

Fit is great for me and very good support

Hurt my feet!

They were too tight, and almost too small. I was disappointed that they were not more "cushiony" when walking...I am going to go with a different style.
