great shoes, goes well with plain skirts and sweatshirts....I finally go out there walking again because I found the perfect comfortable and cute shoes . so happy with this one. I will buy another one, when cool color comes out

These shoes make me go out and move again. They look cool with even a skirt and sweat shirt. finally found a great, comfortable shoe to walk and bike and dance again. This is the best and most comfortable shoe ever for me. The only thing....there is no air coming through it...feet sweat a lot...Wish they would make a summer cloud !!!! I bought 2 of them and ever since lost weight because I finally have comfy shoes to move and walk hours without pain etc!

I usually wear 8.5 size, but this brand feels a little loose, that is why I return 8.5 and buy size 8. I know it will take time feel comfort in this shoes, but it worth it.

Was looking for arch support due to a high arch and being in my feet all day. Soles of the shoe are a little hard and not as soft as I would like them to be. Took a full day to break them in. But comfortable once broken in. Working in healthcare I need something a little softer and supportive. These are very cute, but bought a different style for work.

Size is perfect and provides good support and support, although a bit firm but not uncomfortable.

Definitely go up a half to a full size bigger especially if wearing socks with them. The are light and comfortable

They pushed my big toe up into the mesh, and it felt like my toes would eventually break through the mesh. The sizing was correct as I won another pair of On Cloud different model in the same size.

These run a bit small. I usually wear a size 8 and had to size up to an 8.5. They're very comfortable and I can wear them for everyday casual use. Very happy with this purchase.

Very tight & I have narrow feet.

The fit and size were great….cushion is perfect. I bought 8.5 which is what I normally wear in running shoes, my cloudswifts are 9’s but the 9’s were to big in the Cloud 5. I highly record, great solid white tennis!

The shoe doesn't fit like the former cloud design

I bought these for my daughter and originally ordered her usual size 9, which she said felt too tight across the top of the shoe. I went through Zappos customer service to re-order a 9.5, since I had a coupon that I wanted to reapply. They were extremely helpful, the shipping was earlier than expected, and the 9.5 was the correct size. I can't speak personally for the comfort, because she hasn't worn them enough yet, but they are really cute on her.

The shoes are very lightweight and fit to size but do not feel super cushiony. I bought the Cloud 5 and the sole is wider than the Cloud which, I feel, takes away from the style a little. If they hold up well, I probably will purchase another pair, but downgrade to the Cloud.

These are nice shoes but there is no arch support. The laces are thin strips and I felt that they would dig into the top of my foot. These would be nice shoes for those who do not mind the strip laces

Love love these shoes. 90% of my back pain is gone. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars, because they run very narrow. I don’t have wide feet! But my regular size 8 was way too tight. Went up 1/2 size and that took care of the width, but they are still a bit too long. Worth the sacrifice!

Theses shoes have been used for indoor exercise classes. They developed a hole on the big toe area. I did like the shoes but will hesitate to order another pair.

These were very cute and comfortable, but not long lasting. Wore out in the toe very quickly, and I have had two pairs and they both started to squeak after a few weeks.

I really like the look of these but they were too small even though I thought I ordered a half size larger. Not as comfortable as Hoka.

The tongue had an extra flap of elastic that rubbed my foot. I think ON quality has gone down. tried to exchange for a new pair but apparently I waited too long.

This is not true white. It is beige.

Shoes are falling apart on the sides after 6 months of wearing. Very disappointing due to the cost. They are comfortable just wish they lasted longer.

I have purchased this brand/style/size before and loved the shoe but this specific pair I received this time feels too small and stiff, not at all comfortable. Will return.

If you intend to change the laces on these shoes, be ready to spend 20 to 30 minutes trying to get the lace through the top eyelets. They’ve been smashed like a pancake from the factory. Almost impossible to get a lace through it. I had to force it open with a fork. Come on On Cloud you can do better than that.
