I usually wear a true 8.5, based on reviews I ordered up to a 9. Honestly could’ve done a 9.5 and it would’ve still been fine! I felt the width was very narrow on my feet and I don’t have wide feet. Not sure if it was the stretchy “laces” it came preassembled with or not, I did not try to classic laces that also came with the shoes as I was not impressed enough to keep them for the price. The support wasn’t what I expected out of this brand of shoe and especially for the price I wasn’t impressed. I returned to hopefully find another deal on OnClouds but alas, these are not it. Besides the cute color, I wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a shoe to be on your feet working shift work all day in.

I was really excited about these sneakers - I had tried this brand at a brick and mortar store, and thought they would work. The pair I received were the correct size for me (usually) but just felt too small all around. It also felt as though the arch support was not as much as I had hoped.

No cloud-like feeling what so ever.

My first pair of On's was the Cloudswift 3's and I loved them so much, I wanted a new (different model but similar style to the Cloudswifts), so I ordered the Cloud 5's. I was disappointed in this shoe when it arrived. I think I was used to a slightly higher, and sock- like top on the Cloudswift. The Cloud 5's were very low-topped and did not have much flexibility. Went with the Cloudtilt's next, have not received them yet.

These are great shoes for daily wear. I purchased these because I have the Cloud Push 5 in the same size. The Cloud runs narrower and doesn’t give me the same support as the Push 5. Overall a great shoe. Just not the best fit for me.

The ankles felt they were not supported. Wore them in the house and they felt too wide

Super good looking shoe, wished they worked but the right foot my big toe was smooshed at top. I have the cloud monster and they fit perfect. These were very comfortable otherwise.

The size and fit were right, but these were not very comfortable from the start. I had so many people tell me to try them. Very disappointed.

I have several pairs of oc from a few years ago. And they were fine. I don’t feel stable or balanced in this pair and at my age I can’t afford to fall. I have thought about it and the best thing for me is to return them.

Fit and comfort were great but they squeaked with any amount of moisture and the bright white got dirty much faster than any other white shoe I've owned. Any effort to clean them failed. Then the soles wore out really quickly. Again much faster than other shoes that I have worn in the same circumstances. Disappointed at this price point that they didn't hold up longer and had all of that squeakiness.

This shoe can't be adapted for a narrow foot. I laced through the additional two eyelets provided but that made a big crimp in the tongue.

This is my second pair of On Cloud 5’s. They are the most comfortable tennis shoe I have ever owned. I think the all white pair is so stylish. My only complaint is as others have mentioned one shoe developed a hole near the toes. I wore them a ton so decided to buy a second pair, but have never had that happen to a sneaker before. I hope On can change the material to something stronger that will hold up better. My most recent pair also came with a very faint stain. I decided not to go through the hassle of an exchange since it’s only slightly noticeable and white gets dirty easily but it’s frustrating to receive a shoe dirty out of the box.

I am returning, the fit seems sloppy, a very straight body of the shoe rather than a more formed fit. I do not like the fit or the look. Very disappointed.

I did not find these comfortable after being in them all day. They seem to be stiff and not a lot of cushion for my old feet. I also have been noticing that the sole design allows small rocks/pebbles to get stuck in the tread. I hear and feel it when I am working on concrete or my tile floor.

I normally wear a 7.5 in a regular shoe but an 8 in athletic shoes. I ordered the 8 in this great looking ON sneaker & to my disappointment they are still too short in the toe. Sadly I'm sending them back

I absolutely love these shoes, they are very comfortable and stylish. I have knee and blister problems and have never felt pain. My only problem with the shoes is that they have developed holes over my big toe on both shoes. I assumed I wore the shoes out (in less than a year) and bought another pair (I've never rebought shoes before, ever) but it's happening again on my second set. I've never worn a toe hole in a shoe before. I wear these to walk in - errands, walking the dogs, sometimes to work. I wear a different pair of on's to workout, and so far it hasn't happened in that pair even though it's a similar style/material over the toes. Not sure what it is about this style but I won't be purchasing a third pair, when the current set develops a hole I'll be moving on to another brand.

As much as I like the look of these-specifically the black/white combo-these shoes arent that great. I am on my feet all day and they ached the next morning when I got out of bed after wearing these. Also, my big toe on the right foot came through the top and made a hole. The company has a warranty but apparently not for this issue-which is a common problem.

While the shoe fit perfectly when I first put it on, after wearing it for one day, it stretch to almost one size too big.

I just received them early this morning. I don’t know when they were delivered last night. They are very hard to get on. Laces do not open.

Insoles are flat. Wore them twice without my own insert and they were horrible. Wouldn't buy again. Love the color (mulberry) and like the look of the shoe and ease of putting it on.

I wanted to love these because they are so cute and trendy, but they felt tight at the top -- wear the laces are. Toes and heels were fine but the body of the shoe itself was tight.

Narrow toe area and if you have high arches you can’t get your foot inside.

Could not even get these shoes on. I always wear 6.5. The problem is when the tongue is attached or there is no tie, there isn’t enough flex to even get the shoes on. So disappointing.

I had to go up a half size. Even now, not ideal. My short toe nails push on the shoes, but a half size larger would be much too big. Otherwise like the shoes, but wish they were a better fit.
