I have seen these shoes on many different people and they all said they like them. I have only worn them a few times and they seem comfortable. I can't say how they are on a long walk because I have not done that yet.

Laces are hard to get through the loops

Nice sneakers. Comfortable and easy to put on.

Too small, wrong size.

Comfortable, but not as I thought they would be

Last time this model had a Wide option and was perfect. This time, it is just too narrow for me.

Decent running shoe. Didn’t like you couldn’t adjust laces because I prefer tighter fit. Not sure they’re worth the price. Also I have narrow feet but if you have wider feet they will definitely be too tight.

I wanted to love this shoe, but it ran too big for me and did not have enough support overall as it is all soft cloth. I have a bunion and unfortunately my toe joint just pushes out with the shoe.

I love the shoe. Tried on my sisters in this size and they fit. However when I tried on the new ones they were too narrow for my foot. Guess I need a wide.

This is a Christmas gift, so it has not been received. They are exactly what was requested, so they should be perfect!!

Great colorways- very light but not bright white. Goes well with everything. Very comfortable and yet stiffer than the version from 5 years ago that seems indestructible. Speaking of sturdiness; after two months of wearing my new sneakers I realized there is a hole where my big toe hits. Only in one shoe though and it was quickly replaced by One&Only Zappos. Still highly recommended the shoes, they run a bit smaller than used to so I ordered half size up.

I'm sorry to say these lovely sneakers did not fit my feet properly. to be fair, I have trouble with my feet and I thought the looser laces might help my arthritic symptoms at top of my feet. But it was too loose and my foot moved around too much. while these did not work for me, they may work for others. They are a smart looking shoe, not as sturdy as some that I own. I have a high arch and it just didn't give me enough support.

While the size was tts, around the ankle did not give me enough support.

I love the design and shoe felt like I was walking on cloud. Im a 7.5 but decided to size up because I have chubbier feet, shoe was still snug but tolerable. Shoe would be a 5 star shoe if they offered wide.

So far, a little snug width wise. Comfortable to walk in for now. Going to try for a few more days before deciding if they will be good to be in for an entire shift at work. I have a wider foot and the more I look the more I think my feet are just too wide. Yep definitely returning. Bummer cause they are pretty cute!

I have had two pairs of 9.5 in this shoe previously. Now all of a sudden they change the sizing and 9.5 is too big. Annoying.

The fit and size were good, but as I wore them, I felt that my large toes were crowded which made them somewhat uncomfortable. The were very light and comfy initially.

I am 5’2 and ~125 lbs. I run about 10-20 km per week, so not long distances usually. I bought these mainly for style and walking, not for running. My Brooks are 6.5 for running, and I wear 36 in Birkenstocks. I bought these in 6.5 and they were much too tight and uncomfortable. I exchanged them for a 7, which was better, so I will keep them because I like they way they look. I would say they definitely run small and to size up at least a half size, if not a full size.

Cute shoe, normally wear 8 med in athletic shoes and 7 or 7 1/2 in other styles, slightly high instep. Ordered this Cloud 5 and also the Cloudswift both size 8 med, this pair felt a little snug across mid foot which if loosened too much don't think I would get proper support. The Cloudswift fit fine and seems to have more support, plenty room across mid foot and is such a cute shoe as well. Will have to return the Cloud 5.

As others have mentioned, these shoes are a bit smaller, but I feel like if I’d gone up a size they would have been too big. I’m just wearing thinner socks and they are perfect. I’ve worn them walking, 3 mile walks, and they’ve been comfortable. They aren’t the MOST comfortable shoes I’ve ever had, as I had hoped based on other reports, but they are as comfortable as my Brooks Ghosts that I normally buy. I bought the black with white trim and I really like the sleek look of them (especially with some black leggings/joggers).

splurged and bought a pair of cloud 5s - and have to admit, I'm loving them! I probably could have purchased a half-size smaller, but these are comfortable and I plan to keep them. Customer service quickly handled a minor snafu and I'm very satisfied with everything about this purchase.

The spring feeling and cushioning are great. I felt the tie box was more narrow than I normally wear. I had ordered a size8M and received a 8W and the box still felt narrow.

They fit and I liked the style but not the laces. I needed to change to regular laces.
