The new model runs a littler narrower

I ordered a 8.5 because that’s what I normally where but they were small so I would advise when you order these shoes go up 1/2 a size!!! So that’s why I’m exchanging them for a bigger size!!!

I wear between a 9 and 9.5, depending on the shoe. For this shoe I had to get the 9.5. I was so excited to get these shoes for a trip we were going on but was so sad when I received them, they had some weird stain on the top of the right shoe. Unfortunately, we were leaving in the next day or two so I couldn't wait for an exchange/return. It stands out because it is a reddish orange and I ordered the lightest color shoe :( That's ok, the fit and feel is amazing!! Maybe this will teach me to not wait until the last minute.

I wanted to love these On Clouds, having heard so many great things about them; however, these are definitely not for people with high arches. The elastic laces across the arch were very tight and left marks across the width of my foot. I reluctantly returned them.

The fit is a little short. I normally do 8.5 - my toe is at the end, I exchanged for a 9.0 - it was way too big. I have a narrow foot - and these seem a little narrow, which is perfect for me :). The color is great, soft, icy blue-green - great for summer. The fabric is a little stiff at first, but after one wear, very nice.

Some ladies I work out with have these shoes and rave about them. I love the look, but the toe cage is too narrow for me.

I've been wanting to try the On brand shoe and needed a new white shoe for summer. It was important to have a shoe made of breathable lightweight fabric and this shoe is perfect. The shoe is also extremely cushioned for long walks.

Returning. Not as great as everyone hyped them up to be.

I really wanted to love these. They seem like they would be comfortable on my left foot, but my right has a Mortons Neuroma and needs more width. Thank you to Zappos for giving those of us with problem feet an opportunity to keep trying to find the perfect fit.

I where a 7 shoe however I wanted a little more space for socks so ordered 7 1/2 and fit perfectly with socks. Love this color..

I really wanted to love these because I have heard such great things. I think if they came in a wide width option, that would have done it for me.

The shoe was too short. Overall it wasn't a good fit. I had tried a size 10 and it was too wide and too long. But I think because my foot is so narrow that's why the 10 wasn't good. The length was good in the 10.

I have been wanting a pair of these shoes. They are a bit narrow for my foot and seemed a 1/2 size too small. Sadly I will be returning.

This is my first On Cloud purchase, I did order a half size up to a 7.5 because I like to have a little more room in my toes when I buy sneakers. I think I could've gone up to an 8. The fit very well, but I think an 8 would feel better for my toes. These shoes are a little snug, extremely light and comfortable for all day wear.

Nice light weight sneaker but I need to wear a thick sock. If I wear no-see footies, the shoe rubs certain areas of my foot.

These had great potential to be a perfect shoe! The major downfall is the too tall back with sharp corners that rubbed the backs of my heels. I could tell that they have really comfortable soles but that back piece was too annoying to try to wear any longer. I did follow the advice of other reviewers and ordered a half size up. They fit perfectly.

i would like to exchange the shoes for the same product. the left shoe the piece that is above my ankle is too high.. it rubs my ankle. I would like to exchange for a different shoe.

Everything about this shoe is great, however, I got the frost/canyon and there are traces of the orange color on the white material. I like them but I'm not sure how this happened.

Comfortable but a little small. I am a 9 1/2. I would probably order a 10.5 as toe was almost at end of shoe.

I’m not a huge fan of ON Running shoes overall. I just don’t understand what all the hype is about. However, I do like the Cloud 5’s for my daily walks because they are lightweight and they have a wide toe bed. These fit true to size. I’m a true 8.5 and these fit perfectly.

These were way too small and my daughter wears a size 4 . Needing to reorder a size 6 hoping they will fit

I had bought the same shoe in a different color previously and that pair fit great. For some reason this pair feel tighter and not as comfortable. Baffled as they are same size.

Comfortable fit. Arch support good but not as well in other ON options. Better than Brooks for me!
