These sneakers are in style and I wanted to like them! Unfortunately I don’t find them comfortable to wear all day. It’s lacking arch support and shock absorption. I decided on Oofos which are less “cool” but 1000x more comfortable!!

I love these sneakers. ? They fit well and I feel they give me good support and balance. My only complaint is that I think my toe is already wearing out the top. ?

The shoe felt really nice and light with good support. However, toe caught on mesh right before the toe protector strip.

It felt a little on the small size. I just didn't find them comfortable.

Too short. Much smaller than previous pair of On sneakers.

Runs smaller than my previous pair of same style On sneakers. I confirmed that the new shoes are definitely shorter by measuring against my old pair.

I ordered my typical trainer/running shoe size and found these run long. They also are more “loose” through the instep so I shortened the elastic laces by making my own knots. The width is true to size and I was pleasantly surprised by the roomy toe box which is more natural than expected.

I purchased these after already having the same style in gray. They were beginning to wear on the outside pinky toe area so I ordered a new pair in black. I threw away the box since I had already purchased these in a different color back in September. When I went to wear them for the first time today, they felt more snug, but I chalked it up to them being new. They feel more narrow/tighter than my previous Cloud 5. They ended up hurting my toes all day. I’m going to have to look into a different style.

These shoes are comfortable but seem to run small.

Did not like the style in person.

They look cute, but my feet felt tight in them. They also made my feet look longer than they are. I am a size 7, 7.5 in sneakers. This were 7.5.

I love these, but unfortunately the pair I received had a weird hardened glue spot on the fabric on the back of one of the shoes, which was pretty disappointing. I messaged customer service and they happily agreed to send a replacement and gave me expedited shipping as well.

I have had several pairs of On Cloud 5s and like these except they are stark white. I had seen the undyed in stores and tried on the wrong size and loved the soft color of those, but do not want this.

Really wanted to keep these shoes but they are a bit too small and of course there is not a next larger size. If I had kept, would have changed out the insole as the one in the shoe is a bit rough on my foot.

Normally size 10 shoe fits me in any style, and I've purchased about 6-7 On Clouds over the past few years and 10's always fit me perfectly. But these are a snug. I can wear them but they are tight. The color is great!

Something different with the elastic laces. Still not much cushioning, though.

I like the looks of the on sneaker, but was disappointed by a lack of sideway support - medium felt too wide for me, and they don't come in narrow. Also, since it's more of a "slip-on" style, there's no way to make it fit more snuggly.

Length/toe box felt true to size but it is so tight in the arch/laces area I had to go up a half size

Material is very comfortable. I was concerned about the "no tie" feature, but the shoes stay on fine.

Like the fit, like the color, hate the way they look on my feet. Sorry.

I ordered at your company' On cloud 5' running shoe in size 8 since I ordered at another company 7.5 which is my normal size. However I hardly could get into the shoe therefore I decided to order half size bigger at your company and the shoe fits very well. I also would like to point out that the shoe runs rather narrow and therefore it fits only comfortably with rather thinner socks. The shoe looks very chick and stylish and goes with everyting. I have it in 3 colors. For a really true size running and very comfortable shoe especially for running I ordered ' Hoka mach 5 " in my normal size 7.5 and I walk like on a cloud! The Hoka doesn't feel narow, is easy to get in and fits right even with wearing it with thicker socks. I can only highly recommend this brand and style!

I think this is a great looking casual shoe! The design sets it apart from a "run of the mill" tennis shoe. I initially ordered the Cloud 5 in a 9 because I have a narrower foot and most size 9 shoes are too wide. The width in this shoe was great but a little short on length so ended up going to a 9 1/2 and voila, I have a good fit! It's a fun shoe to slip in and out of or you can completely lace it if you prefer.

They were too narrow for my foot. I normally don't have an issue with width but these squeezed my feet so much that it hurt after 30 minutes.
