I really like these shoes. However, I'm really disappointed that there is now a hole in the top fabric due to nothing more than normal wear. I feel like it shouldn't be the case with a shoe that isn't even 6 months old.

The shoe is too big so it's hard to tell about the support.

I'm liking these. They are stable, which is what I wanted for cross training. The only thing is they don't help with my PF much which results in my feet getting fatigued and achy faster than when I wear my Asics (which really relieve my PF). I'll use them for now, but probably won't buy this style again.

Love these shoes. Very comfortable, no breaking in. Love the color nimbus - sort of a purple grey

I don't have a wide foot, but these felt really snug and maybe order 1/2 size larger. Love the look though!

Runs narrow Which i love

This pair of On's (i have a few pairs) felt a little narrower but still very comfy!!

Color was not white - came in with a mint green color looking style - and we ordered ICE/WHITE - so odd.

As soon as I took these out, I saw they had the stretchy laces and weren't really meant to be tied up. I have plantar fasciitis, and I need strong support, with the shoe tight around my foot, so these went back. Other than that, so cute, and I imagine comfortable. I honestly don't know how the arch support was b/c I never wore them.

This is my second pair of ON’s. First pair was perfect. Best shoe ever, like walking on a cloud. Bought 8 1/2 both times. This pair (same style) feels different. Not as comfortable, but I will keep it and hope it breaks in somehow. Love the style and the fact that I can use the elastic laces for a step in option.

I can see why people like these shoes — very light and comfortable. I ultimately returned because I just didn’t like the style; was looking for more of a sneaker (vs trail shoe) look. Returned these and instead got the Cloudswift 3’s in a similar color theme. I found that these were true to size - same as what I typically wear in athletic shoes.

I love how these look and and at first I loved how they fit. Once trying them on for awhile the top of my foot felt squashed. i have high insteps and have realized this is a problem for me with many slip on sneakers. Wish they worked!

These shoes arrived in a plastic bag, no extra laces and filthy dirty. Why they were sent to me in this condition was not very nice. I will now have to think twice before I order again.

The side of the right shoe was too high and rubbed against my ankle.

These aren't my favorite. They are a bit stiff and tight. But I like the look

Fit perfectly but should have gotten the waterproof version as we go into Fall.

I’m looking for a good walking shoe for a trip, and have a few friends that rave about this brand. I wear an 8.5 in most shoes but ordered a 9 in these based on reviews, and the length was good. The shoe is very lightweight, but the sole feels very thin and there is not much cushion at all in the front of the shoe. I can’t imagine walking the cobblestone streets of Europe in them for any length of time.

I love these sneakers because I have very sensitive feet. Everything hurts except these sneakers. Right out of the box they feel great. I wear them every day and I have a lace up pair for running on the treadmill. I have to say this last pair seems to be running a bit loose after only 3 months. They seem to be stretching out really fast.

I did not receive long shoestring because short string hurt my in step

I wanted something light colored for summer and was looking for a shoe that was supportive and comfortable enough to walk a few miles around town but didn't scream SNEAKER. I liked the shape and they seemed like they would be suitable for my needs. The only reason I returned them was because I wasn't a fan of the see through mesh fabric and they color was a little too dirty looking from the start. .

The Cloud 5 is comfortable for shorter periods, but not an all day comfort shoe. I wore them for 6 hours of being on my feet and needing to be constantly in motion. The first two hours were fine, the second two hours were just OK, and the final two hours were uncomfortable. Reason for discomfort is not enough support for the long haul. I wore them without socks and my feet did get uncomfortably warm in a short period of time, very unusual as I’m always cold. They are cute and offer great colors.

They rip very easily. Not even worn a whole year before they ripped. Bad quality.
