so disappointed as i have them in white and from day one they were marvelous. my favorite shoes. the black ones are stiff and hurt my toe bed.

Nice looking shoe and material very nice but difficult to get on since laces don’t undo. Good for narrow foot

Just really disappointed these started hurting my ankles after a week. I can't even walk half a block in them. Soles feel sunken in for some reason. I remember reading another review that these do not fit the same as other OC shoes. I definitely found out the hard way. I own another pair in a different color and I've put thousands of miles on those and they're still holding up well. Not sure if the mfr changed the design or what happened?!! Very skeptical of the brand now.

Right side is made different. More narrow and shorter.

shoes fit perfectly but someone else had already worn these shoes!! Plus the extra elastic shoe laces were missing.

I was disappointed in all aspects especially the fit and overall aspects as was expecting to be in line with a much older version which I still wear. Sorry I can't give it a good review.

Probably a wider width would have been better with some more arch support. Nice sneakers

I did not even try the shoes at all I realize that in this brand of shoes I use a size 8 and I ordered a 7 I finally brought myself to open the package and realized my mistake . these shoes usually run small . So I am returning them without even opening up the package.

I waited for eeeks to finally get my On Cloud Cloud Flow 4 shoes in my size. I ordered Black/Storm. The shoes I received looked NOTHING like the pictures on the app. The vivid blue/teal colors on the lower half of the shoes were non distinguishable from the black on top. Several things were different. I felt scammed that they were selling me something that looked nothing like what I was expecting. My suggestion is if you have to have a pair then buy them in person (Bloomingdale’s) where you can actually see them.

The pair I received looked used. Not in an original box, dirty on the bottoms and the top white part of the shoe and stretched out!

$140 shoes arrived stained. Bought for my daughter’s first day of school, which is tomorrow, and shoes arrived with stains. Looks like they were possibly returned and resold to me at full price. Ridiculous. Now it’s a whole thing to have to return and wait for new ones. No integrity selling returned and stained shoes to customers.

The shoe in the box was different from the shoe on the website. I returned them since they are not what I ordered.

I didn’t like them at all. They were really tight but I thought they would stretch out fast, they did not. I should have ordered up a size. Also rocks would get stuck in the sides of the soles. I gave them to my daughter and bought a pair of Brooks Ghost 16, I love them.

Felt great but already falling apart and purchased 3 months ago.

Uncomfortable. My left toes went numb after 1/2 mile.

The material feels and looks cheap. Zappos says most people find them narrow and to size up but the size above what I usually wear was too long and my foot slipped when I walked. Regret spending the money on shoes I can't wear.

Sent me a pair of high heels instead of the sneakers. Still waiting for my money back. Worst online shopping experience I've had in a long time. Don't order from this company.

Size was true. These were rated as best shoe for standing and walking. My feet were on fire after 4 hours of standing and walking. My upper back has NEVER hurt before until now. Whole new pain experience. These may work for you but not for me, sorry.

The shoes were very uncomfortable and did not fit me properly. They also have no arch support. My feet hurt more after wearing them.

Returning they did NOT feel like i was walking on a cloud

Ordered the shoes. Late on my notifications, when we reordered, it didn’t give us the previous price :(

This shoe was extremely narrow and tight and left indents on the tops of my feet when only trying them on (and I sized up).
