I was super excited to try these shoes for work. Unfortunately I have to return them I am not able to get my foot in the shoe. They are really narrow

This is the third pair that I ordered for my mom and all three were ordered medium and all three were shipped wide width. I will not being purchasing anymore items from Zappos.

This is my 3rd pair of on clouds. This pair however got a hole the quickest in my tow area. I’ve only owned them 1 month! Very disappointed considering the price I paid.

It is a used shoes. No laces. No original box.

First of all, I’m very easy on my shoes. I store them in their boxes and only wear them occasionally. And, these already have a hole worn in them. Being my first pair of On shoes, I’m highly disappointed! I will not be purchasing this brand again, unless the warranty is really good and someone makes this right!

I'm very disappointed in my first transaction with Zappos. I ordered a pair of mens 10.5 On Running shoes and I received a pair of women's 10.5 worn shoes in a generic box. I will never use this service again.

I ordered the pearl on cloud 5 but I was delivered the all white on cloud. Not happy, also it might be just me but I’m surprised my shoes came in cardbox box and not an on cloud shoe box.

Seeing how I did not get what I ordered and had to take time out of my day to mail the shoes back that not only the wrong shoes but also the wrong size I am very disappointed!

I really loved these shoes. However after about 6 weeks of moderate wear, hanging around the house, running a few errands, the material on the top of the shoe pulled out from where it was sewed to the material that wraps around the front and side of the shoe. This happened on both shoes. I am incredibly disappointed, considering the price of these shoes.

Material and fit were not what I expected.

I bought 2 pair of these shoes after hearing so many talk about them. After 2 months my knees hurt and my arches are killing me every day. I do not recommend at all. I’m out $272 with hurting feet.

This is my third pair and my least favorite. My left shoe causes me to pronate. I’m going back to my 2.0 and hoping they don’t change the style.

This just didn’t work for me & I wanted it to really bad. I love the style. It was just too small overall. I wear 8 1/2 in ASICS

They fit okay - seemed true to size - I liked the look and style of them. I could only wear them for about 5 minutes before realizing these shoes were not for me! It felt like my heel was crushed into a million pieces - they hurt my foot so bad. I think it may have been the extra cushioning. I normally but the Cloud 2.0 and they are perfect for my feet - the On Cloud 5 - not so much. I returned them immediately. I hope they bring back the 2.0 - so far - they are the only On Clouds that I have been able to wear due to foot pain.

I thought these would change my life, they didnt. They were just super uncomfortable and tight. I'm typically an 8.5 with narrow feet. It fits properly but its just not comfortable. I tried going a size up and those were too big. I wouldnt recommend for the cost not worth it. They do look cute tho but not as comfortable with support as advertised.

I loved my On Cloud and was excited to try the updated version. These shoes feel foreign to my feet. Arch support gone. Heel that hugged my foot gone. The one improvement I was hoping for was that the sole could be redesigned so it didn’t pick up debris and hold onto it. Cloud 5 are awful. I’ve returned them and ordered a few of the remaining original Clouds

I bought a men's shoes and the woman shoes was delivered

I ordered 11 size but shows it a European 43 she be 44 bc I have other shoes 11 fit fine

These shoes were too small and very hard. Not at all comfortable for the price.

Beautiful shoes but they came with a stain

I have purchased several pairs of the Cloud 2.0, however; they were out so I opted for the Cloud 5.0. I was only able to wear them for 5 minutes. I was so disappointed! I felt like my left heel was broken in a million pieces and crushed. The pain was horrible! That's why I had started wearing the 2.0's due to heel pain and they are fabulous - the 5.0 not so much! Right out of the box I noticed they were wider in the toe box and I thought that was great and it was when I put them on - I liked the extra room. I could tell there was more cushioning that 2.0 did not have and I'm wondering if that's what's causing the pain. The shoes came with 2 pair of faux shoe laces - one is super thin and the other a regular cord size (I liked having the option of 2 different sizes. I'm not sure what has changed from the 2.0 to 5.0, but it's not good! Sad to say, I had to send them back - hopefully they will have some 2.0's soon - I hope they are not phasing them out because they are a better shoe than the 5.0.

I always wear OC shoes… this time they send me the shoes inside of a plain box, not an on cloud box , they burned my feet while walking giving me blisters , it was a generic oc shoes not the real ones, be aware

I ordered a 10.5 M and you sent me 10.5W. Too Big for me.

Didn't even try on. I was sent a pair of shoes that had been previously worn. The soles (which should have been white) were brown, meaning they had been worn outside. Customer service needs to do a better job of quality control and inspection of returns.
