I’ve heard great things about these shoes but they didn’t work for me. There was no arch support in them for me. I didn’t feel the comfort that other people raved about. Just not for me.

The On brand has redesigned this shoe with the Cloud 5. It is now bigger than it used to be. I have 3 pairs of previous models of the Cloud and the 7.5 fits perfect. The Cloud 5 size 7.5 is too long and too wide. Which also makes the stretch laces too long. Bummer for me, but could fit wider feet better.

I had high hopes after seeing people wearing these and checking the reviews. They’re so cute and I love the versatility of the denim color. But. I found them to be ordinary! Not particularly cushioned. Not particularly comfy. No arch support. Definitely not walking on a cloud. My chucks provide more support and comfort.

First, I ordered an 8.5M since it said they were true to size. The sole felt comfortable, but my toes were right at the end of the shoe. So, I returned them and got a 9M. The length was fine, but the shoe was much narrower than the 8.5M that I had received earlier. It felt like a 9A. I am on my third reorder in hopes that I will find the magic fit because the shoe is comfortable in general because of the sole. I am planning on using other inserts because the arch support just isn't there for me; they rolled my foot inward.

Super comfortable and I love the look but after buying 2 pairs and having the mesh rip in the exact same place both times, I don't think I can justify a third purchase given the durability. These were used for walking only and I can't believe they don't hold up better. Both tore in a matter of months.

Very tight, even without socks. I would return them but I threw packaging away before I tried them on, and I liked the look and color of them.

I’ve had these for about 5 months now and there’s a whole starting where my pinky toe is. For the price of these I’d think the quality would be a little bit better!!

I really wanted to love these shoes but they gave me very little to no support. I usually wear Brooks Adrenalin which give me good support and hoped the On shoes would also. I bought 2 sizes as it was reccomended to size up. Unfortunatly they didn't work although the larger size was better, but the support was still very little compared to my Brooks shoes.

Got holes in the tops after a few months. Did walk a lot I guess, but still, surprising. Not sure I would get again.

Thought I’d try these after loving the Cloud Swift that I’ve been wearing. I hate these ones, really disappointed. They make a weird squeak that is just an annoyance, but mainly they rub on my heals and my ankles start to hurt about midway through a 3 mile walk. Gonna go back to the Cloud Swift.

I love the on Clouds, however for a pair of $150.00 sneakers I was very disappointed when both pairs developed holes in the outer sides of the not very durable knitted fabric. They were not worn out or well worn when this happened.

I bought 2 pairs of these On’s in different colors as Christmas presents. Both of my girls wear/wore them pretty much every day. Our mint pair still look great and my older daughter loves them. This rose colored pair is’t holding up well at all though! Parts are peeling and they SQUEAK on and off so loud when my younger daughter walks that she’s embarrassed to wear them to school! I talked to an associate at a local shoe store and was told I was the 4th or 5th person to mention this issue with these shoes recently… :(

I love how they look and fit, but I have had them for less than 6 months and they already have a hole in the toe!

I previously had the Cloud 2.0 that lasted 2 years before being completely worn out on the bottom. This pair of Cloud 5 felt a little smaller and actually tore at the top where my big toe pushes a little. I've only had them 2 months and worn only a few days a week. Disappointed in how quickly they're wearing out. My last pair was used for walking the dog and traveling, and I thought this would be a like for like replacement but this new version seems lower quality than older versions.

Not enough cushioning at the front of foot. Floor felt too hard. Beautiful color, but was disappointed in comfort.

Love these but unfortunately they both got holes in them with in a few months. Impressed with the comfort but too expensive to start falling apart so quickly

These shoes are so tight it felt like I had bruises on top of my feet . They did not stretch . Honestly that’s the only reason the rating is so low . Everything else felt great . The style is cute . Just WAY to tight on top

I returned them as they felt to narrow on my feet

I read the reviews before purchasing and I ordered a half size up like all the reviews had advised but unfortunately these shoes are so tight, so I will be returning.

these shoes do not wear well at all...both shoes got holes were the big toe is in a months wear...the bottom of the shoe did not wear will either they morphed and flattened out on the side of the heel and wore very thin on the bottom fast..they are very comfortable and one of the only walking shoes i can wear that do not cause foot pain however for the price you pay they should not self destruct in such a short time..i walk an hour -hour 1/2 a day on side walk...now i will have to search again for another walking shoe

These are super cute as far as style but very narrow. I purchased for my daughter whose feet are a bit wider than mine and she was so uncomfortable in these shoes. We are the same size and she wears my hokas all the time and finds them super comfy. Wish they made this still in wide options.

The laces were so tight that they were painful which is odd as I do not have wide feet. I tried to rearrange the elastic laces but that did nothing. The upper and inside of the shoes were also very stiff and not at all comfortable. I dont understand why these are so popular.

This is my 4th pair of On shoes. They are the only shoes that help my knees, back, and legs not hurt. Yes, their durability is awful, but I was willing to put up with that bc they finally let me walk pain free. This is my 2nd pair of OnCloud 5's in 1 year, the other pair lasted about 6mos and then I got the hole in the big toe area that you've probably seen in a ton of other reviews on here. I only wore them for regular activity like walking. This new pair is horrible! The awesome cushioning the previous On Cloud 5's had was amazing, the second I stepped into these it felt like I stepped onto a piece of wood. My feet, shins and back hurt about 45mins into wearing them. They are simply terrible. I will never buy them again.
