Way too narrow and no ability to adjust due to laces being elastic and not real laces

I had a pair of these shoes and wore them out. This was meant to be a replacement pair. However, one shoe just didn't feel right. I finally realized that the tongue is sewn in crooked. It's a slight defect, but enough to made she shoe uncomfortable. Sending them back.

These were great while they lasted. 6 months into using them (mostly for walking), a hole opened in the lining where my big toe is. I used to be a runner, and much cheaper shoes lasted me at least one year when regularly running. These $140 shoe fell apart after 6 months of mild use.

Fit and size were perfect. The only down fall is the mesh tore on the outer side of both shoes where the pinky toe is. I was only able to use these shoes for 2 months. Not worth the money :(

The sole/footbed was not wide enough for my foot even thought the upper was accomodating.

I have been an On Cloud customer for several years with 3 pairs purchased over time, and highly recommended to many in the nursing community. They were perfect! These new, Cloud 5, are not for me. Little to no arch support, clunkier in look and feel. I've now returned and will have to set about finding a new favorite shoe. I'm so disappointed in On

it just wasn't comfortable.

My normal size is 7.5 with socks but with socks in these shoes they were too tight.

This was my second purchase On Cloud 5 in my normal size 8. My first purchase was just a different color. However, not everything was the same. These were way too short, so I had to return. I'm still debating about trying a half size larger, since sizing seem to be inconsistent.

I was disappointed when I got this bevause it felt a whole size smaller. I'm usually a size 9, which often fits perfectly, but as soon as I put this on, it squeezed tight and I just knew they would not break and hurt me. So, very disappointed bevause they're super cute and I had high expectations based on the reviews.

It's super comfy, very light weight, I thought it was a great shoe. Here's the thing. I've had these for slightly less than three months, and I do wear them a LOT because I'm very active, but that's what they're advertised as being designed for. One of my big toes has already worn a hole through the top of the shoe because the fabric isn't durable enough. They also look dirtier than they should despite my cleaning them. I just can't believe a shoe that is supposed to be so great is already wearing through in a place I've never had shoes wear through. This is not taking into account all the issues I had from the company when I tried to order directly from them (Zappos was a much better ordering experience).

Adorable looking sneaker; I wanted to love these so much but they are just too uncomfortable to justify spending this kind of money. I expected a softer insole like the goga mat on skechers but it is a hard, non-conforming insole. This sneaker is definitely not for someone with a wider foot. I also suggest ordering up a bit as I ordered a half size up and it still felt a bit snug in the toe box.

I initially ordered 4 pair of different, well-recommended walking shoes. The On Cloud 5 was the most comfortable, so others were returned. After a couple of weeks of walking daily several miles, these shoes have become more and more uncomfortable. The shoe box feels tighter every day, even though I have kept that area unlaced. The arch support is insufficient.

I returned this shoes last Friday and cannot find any update about my return ! Have you issued refund already ?

I have 5 pairs of On Cloud shoes. I was not impressed by this pair. They began coming apart within a couple of months. I did not realize then that I could have filed a claim and possibly received another pair. I have 5 pair for this very reason, so they would not tear up as quickly because i do not wear the same pair every day. I really hope this does not happen again as this is my favorite brand of shoe.

These are super comfortable but in less than 6 months my my big toe came through the front on both shoes. This is my third pair because of the comfort but this happened to all three. This was the quickest one to actually breakthrough on the material.

These were received without a box or any packaging. It is clear from the wear and dirt in threads that these have been used. Very disappointing

These used to be my favorite sneakers, but they changed the fit. They are now too narrow and feel so tight I can't wear them. I bought a second pair to see if the ones I bought were an anomaly, but they were not. The second ones were just as tight and uncomfortable.

I have a pair of cloud 5 waterproof. Love those. They fit and have great support. These regular cloud 5 are a big disappointment. They have little or no support nor shock absorption and seem a little large.

ON Cloud has terrible customer service. I bought $170 Cloudventure Waterpoof and within 10 months of LITE wear one shoe started to break down internally. Popping and clicking as I walked. On Cloud responded that this wasn’t a manufacturing issue therefore not covered and not interested.
