This is my 3rd pair of On Clouds in this style. And it's like it isn't even the same shoe! On Clouds are one of the few shoe brands I can wear that don't make my messed up feet feel worse. Not anymore apparently. Wore these for half a day and my feet are rubbed raw all over and the balls of my feet are throbbing! I bought the same size I have gotten the past two times, and it's like a different shoe! No arch support, ZERO padding, the length is slightly smaller as is how deep the shoe is, it's also more narrow, and I don't have wide feet and have never once needed a wide in a shoe, let alone in an On Cloud. I am super disappointed and mad that I spent my money on this clearly, cheapened up shoe!

I have no issues with the shoes if I had gotten to keep them but Zappos service level could use some work. First, they canceled my order in error due to a system glitch and told me I had to reorder. When I tried, they were sold out. I reordered when it showed they had 1 in stock, but shame on me because I received a pair that had clearly been returned because both shoes were missing the insoles so I had no choice but to return them. The $20 off code I used on the order is no longer valid since I used it was used on the shoes that came without insoles & was forced to return them. The shoes are sold out entirely and when I asked about getting a discount on a different pair since Zappos canceling the first order is the root cause for even having to find another pair- I was told no and was sent a link to a google search of all the other stores that sell the shoes I originally wanted.

On Cloud 5’s are easy to slip on, cool looking and very trendy. However, that are not well made. The mesh material tears easily and holes have appeared on the outside of both pairs we own. I have had longer lasting sneakers that cost 25% of On Cloud 5s.

I wanted this shoe to work for me. I was taking a chance with this purchase because I had never owned a pair. These shoes are definitely for someone, but my feet are average size (8-8.5), but they are wide. This shoe is very narrow are, and would work for someone with narrow feet. I cannot speak to the comfort because I could not wear them long enough to determine that. However, about a month later, I was in a local shoe store and saw a different style of OnCloud shoes (Cloudwander Waterproof) and these are better than good. They have held up hiking in Hawaii and walking through an amusement park in Florida. They offer a wider, square-round toe box that is very accommodating for my wide foot.

The size was too small, so there was not enough time to try them completely.

You sent me a USED pair of shoes without its original box. I will be returning tomorrow.

The shoes delivered were half laced and the other shorter laces were not in the box.

Honestly these shoes are very uncomfortable, I was trying to give them time to break in but I wish I could return them.

I wanted to like them but I ordered a 9 W and they were still too tight and there was no arch support

I was sent a returned item. Pet hair inside and a stain on R shoe. This was a replacement pair for the first pair I ordered that also were worn. Zappos please do better.

So if I wore a size 7 I guess the fit might be great! I waited 2 weeks for these to be delivered, had foot surgery and needed a good sneaker, when they finally arrived they were Size 7 not Size 9 as I had ordered so they went back. Ordered from Bloomingdales.....cheaper, same shoe, had them in 2 days....so much for returning to buy anything from Zappos ever again.

One shoe is brand new white & the other shoe has obviously been walked in. I can’t wait to be asked to send in pictures of this mess, the box did not look tampered with so idk if this happened while being shipped or what but I was appalled. I very rarely order shoes online but I needed these shoes badly for the ankle support and because the program I am in only allows all white shoes but instead I had to go to a running store 2 hours away to buy some shoes because I refuse to wear these. Very disappointing, this has never happened

Lasted only 5 months before a hole appeared at the toe. Expected better quality at this price point. Very comfortable but won’t purchase this brand again.

Sizing is very difficult with this brand. I only do city walking and these shoes lasted 2 months. As other reviewers stated, the brand doesn’t cover warranty and it’s ridiculous that an expensive shoe would last so little. The bottom soles are crumbling from ocasional city walking!! Customer be aware

Worst shoe I have ever worn in my life. I have had them for maybe two months and developed new bone spurs ;( don’t get if you are a nurse or workout or walk on your feet ever ;(. I had to take to Twitter to get a refund because Zappos couldn’t help.

I really like how these look but any cushioning broke down completely within a month (of just walking) and they now hurt my feet and I can’t wear them anymore. I bought them in August and now it’s October, complete waste of money. Do not recommend.

These shoes are very comfortable and true to size. However, there was a hole in the toe only after a few months of daily use. Now 6 months later there's a hole in each toe and on the side. For the price I would have expected these to last at least a year.

These shoes were extremely expensive, and they are not comfortable. I read the reviews and chose them over Hokas and fully regret that. I'm on my feet all day long, and have issues with my feet. I wish that they were more honest because these were way too much money for no comfort.

Bought these in January and they developed a hole by summertime.

I love the look.. but they hurt the top of my feet they are not comfortable at all I wish I could exchange them for a different kind but too late

They mesh material on the top of foot has come undone and is unraveling after only 2 months

Love the shoe look and fit but only lasted me three months. Already have holes in the sides. I expected a better product for the price I paid for these.

I am so sad on cloud got rid of the 2.0s, they are the MOST comfortable shoes they make. I thought the cloud 5 would be a replacement for the 2.0s but I was mistaken. These shoes run soooooo small. They are so tight, the toe box is super tiny and if you have bunions, like I do, they are so uncomfortable the way the fabric rubs on the bunion. I think I’ll need to find a new brand of shoes bc this was the third pair from on cloud that I’ve tried and they all feel awful.
