My wife gave me the storm chaser slip on shoe a year ago and they have held up great. I wear those around the house as an easy shoe to head outside in. I needed a new pair of boots for around the farm and decided to give the lace up version of the storm chaser a try. So far so good. They are extremely comfortable and seem to be fairly durable considering that I am pretty hard on boots while working around farm implements. Even if they only last me for one season I'd probably get them again as my feet really like them!

I've had these boots for about a year and I love them. The sole is nice and rigid, I can hike through deep snow for hours with them, and the price is fair! Probably the best winter boot I've ever owned.

Wanted a versatile, warm boot to get me through Wisconsin winters and the Storm Chasers did not disappoint. Work great for snowshoeing , going to the grocery store or anything in between. Very comfortable with an athletic shoe feel. After two plus years of significant use they show very little wear. These are the boots that sit by the door and get worn for everything once it gets cold and the snow flies.

Bought these for an upcoming trip to Idaho. The boots broke in fairly quickly. Had to opportunity to try these in the cold as we had a short cold spell in the south with temps falling into single digits and highs in the low 20s. Boots were extremely warm and comfortable.

Replaced 15 yr pull on boots. Storm Chaser 6 lace boots fit according to my regular size with mid weight socks. Easy lace up without re-threading the laces, for daily 1-2 mile hikes.

I'm hesitant to provide reviews of products so soon after they were purchased, especially with an item such as a pair of boots. They really need some miles to be fully appreciated. But here is my initial assessment. These Storm Chasers were purchased to replace a pair of insulated L. L. Bean Boots (212080) that I have worn for five+ seasons. I was uninformed about how to fit these former boots, and they were always a little cramped for my feet. I bought them one size down as I have done with all my other Bean Boots. This year I decided to buy a new pair of winter boots. I had considered a correctly sized insulated Bean Boot, but then I thought it was time for something new. These Storm Chasers have been a suitable replacement. They fit my size correctly and have the firmness and support expected of a boot. While neither boot is good on ice (you really need spikes), the lug sole pattern on the Storm Chasers provides better traction on snow, mud and wet surfaces than the chain pattern of a Bean Boot. So far, I am pleased with my Storm Chaser purchase. Come back in five years to see how I feel then.

These boots are so comfortable that I ended up wearing them a little over eight hours right out of the box. Highly recommended!

The Men's Storm Chaser Boots was a Christmas gift for my husband. He absolutely loved them! Great fit and comfort straight out of the box. He put them on immediately after opening and wore them all day! Definitely would recommend them.

Ozark Trail boots fell apart after 6 months. Storm chaser boots ordered online. Order arrival was timely, and product was packaged well and in perfect condition. Boots are comfortable with excellent foot/ankle support. Lace length allows for wraparound lacing. Warmth very comfortable even when hiking through 8" of snow. Highly recommended to others.

My husband loves these snow boots. They fit like a shoe and are light enough to wear comfortably all day.

Bought these for my hubby because with age his feet outgrew his previous pair, and they had lasted maybe 30 years. The new size fit as expected. They seem comfortable, and it WAS possible to improve on perfection: the sole seems even grippier than before, and that was fine, too -- even without the "Artic Grip." We don't get snow/ice that often, but now he's ready for it or other outdoor winter chores. His final comment: I probably will never need to replace these!
