My old non-LLBean boots had worn out, so it was time for a new pair. Unfortunately, we've had little snow, so I have only had two opportunities to use them in snow. They have kept my feet warm. The treads tend to keep large clods of mud from sticking and getting tracked indoors. The exterior heel is narrower than my old boots so they felt a little unstable until I got use to them.

It has been a long while since I ordered a pair of these great boots for my husband. I ordered a size smaller as so many reviewers said they ran large. Now I have to return the boots for his regular size and it will be spring weather before we get them. Oh well, they are worth the wait.

Ordered my boots and had a reasonable wait. When received, one boot was not formed correctly. Sent back with no issues and re-ordered. Second pair fit perfect. Customer Service was excellent!

Always wanted a pair of Genuine LLBean boots, and now I happily have them. Very comfortable to wear. Fit well. As advised, I ordered One Full Size down from my normal Size 11 to Size 10. I doubted the wisdom of that, but it worked out fine. The size 10's fit well. Although, for Me, wearing a really thick sock would not work well. But I only wear medium weights with boots anyhow, otherwise I sense a 'squishy' effect of too much sock. Well made, 'handsome' product.

I have only had a chance to wear my new boots twice and at moment I can say I'm very satisfied. The best part is... it says Made in the USA. What a great feeling to see that and it put a smile on my face! Great job guys!!

The boots I purchased are exactly what I wanted. Great fit and very comfortable.

I bought these boots for my 77 year old father and he absolutely loves them. They have the right amount of traction for him to easily move around outside during our Wisconsin winters. The boots keep his feet dry, warm and are very comfortable. He is also very proud to say that the boots are "Made in Maine!"

had to get a ee with. took a couple of weeks but fit was great. price was nice, i mean this is bean so 89 bucks a bargain.

They were back ordered, came in early. Leather was soft, rubber bottoms in excellent condition ie. bonding & stitching. Wore for an hour. Felt like they've been aready broken in. Am looking forward to many years of use. Plan to wear for sppring turkey, & early deer.

These are my first pair of LL Bean Boots, not sure why it took so long to purchase a pair. They are extremely comfortable and work great in the slush!!

I always wanted a pair of LL's and decided for my birthday this year, I would order a pair. They are perfect. Make sure you order a size down from your normal size and factor in the time for delivery. But once you get them, you won't be disappointed. I actually pray for rain now, just so I can sport them. I have gotten so many compliments and they are so classic.

I purchased these boots 16 years ago, and I love them. I have totally abused them, and they have really held up. I have worn them in warm weather, cold weather, thick mud, rain, sleet, and snow. I now wear them mostly to do yard work. The soles are almost totally worn down now, but the uppers still look great. I plan on replacing them in a year or two.

I went one size down as the website recommended, and they fit great. They are functional and fashionable...I lace them up when it rains and I stay dry and loosen up the laces for a casual rugged look...and get compliments when I wear them both ways. A great investment, I recommend them to all my friends! Im a satisfied customer:-)

Here's a definitive L.L.Bean story: The Bean boots were a gift from us to our grandson, heading to college in a frequently snowy spot. He picked up his boots and immediately tried them on. A perfect fit, he started to laugh, explaining he'd "never actually seen a new pair. All my friends are wearing their fathers' old Bean boots..! If my feet weren't bigger than Dad's, I'd be wearing his." Yes. Years later, they're still wearable, waterproof and in relatively good shape. You truly are a venerable institution, and we all thank you..!

My second pair of Bean Boots. The first lasted ten years. Great for wet and cold conditions. As stated these boots run a little large so I ordered a full size smaller and the fit is just right.

Previous to my purchase of an 8" pair of Bean Boot with thinsulate insulation I had a pair of "Beanie Boots" that lasted 19 years. I sloshed around in snow or water without worry. My feet stayed dry and comfortable. This product is REALLY durable and I have no fear of anticipated renewal performance in the new pair.

Hard to find good fitting narrow boots off the shelf. Just tested on a long weekend in Santa Fe very comfortable, from early morning hikes to evening dinners

Boots look real good. Wont really know how good they are until first snowfall and try them out,

I finally had to replacw my old pair of boats because my feet got bigger. The last pair was 20 years old and still going strong. This a high quality product that fits perfectly with moderately heavy socks. just what I need in our moderate climate in Maryland.
