Boots are really comfortable! Love the color too!!

Exactly what I wanted. I have a very wide foot and often have to resort to mens shoes. After reading the reviews about how roomie and wide these rugged cozy boots run, I was excited to buy them. Sure enough, these boots run wide. I even wear thick wool socks with these boots without anything feeling tight. Light weight crew socks wear just as well with these boots. They're just right for 40-70 degree fall temps. The color reminds me of antique grayish/brownish leather or something like an old worn leather horse saddle. They looks good with my jeans and some leggings. The only thing I dont care for is how they tie or tighten around the ankle area--the leather doesnt seem to want to conform and the laces will loosen quickly in that area if you're not holding them tightly. This is definitely not a deal breaker. Oh, did I tell you how comfortable they are right out of the box, and my custom orthotics (when I need them) fit with no issues.

Very comfortable, love the way they look and feel. Warm enough for a hockey rink, and with the laces they fit well with thicker winter socks or regular cotton ones.I bought a 7, which is what I regularly wear and they fit great.

I got my boots today and I am so happy. I'm a teacher that stands out in the playground in 20 degree temps and I wanted something that looks nice to wear to work and keeps me warm! These fit the bill! Warm , waterproof and fits perfectly!

So i purchased these boots online. They arrived quickly. I put them on and went shopping, running errands. My feet were very comfortable and warm. They are true to size, fit perfect. I can wear a thick sock or thin and the fit is perfect and comfortable. So happy i bought these! They also look great in any outfit I wear.

I live in Seattle where snow is a fairly rare occurrence, maybe once or twice a year and often disappears quickly, but it does get cold and rainy and I was looking forward to getting my boots for the cold season. About a week after I received them, we are experiencing a many-days-long cold front with over 7 inches of snow over the week and it's sticking around!! I am even happier to have these excellent boots now!! They have been perfect, waterproof and so cozy and warm. Even during a 4 hour wait outside to get a Covid test, with temps in the low 20s, I was surprised that my feet were still fine! Finally, not only are they effective they are super cute as well!

These were super comfortable from the beginning even though it seemed it would take awhile to break in due to the stiffness of the leather, it was about an hour of time to have it feel like it molded to my feet. I wear them out in harsh weather and to hike in the snow. Such a great purchase!

Absolutely love these shoes! They are very comfortable to walk around in, fit true to size, and look very stylish :)

It took a little while to get them, but it was worth the wait. I wanted them to wear with skinny jeans or leggings, and I wore them all day to work (teacher) with no break in needed. Super warm and they are really cute. The part with the laces is a little baggy on me, and I did have to tighten them during the day, but still good! I ordered TTS and glad I did.

Stylish enough to wear when you go places, but sturdy enough for rain and snow. Super comfortable. It feels like the ankle part might be too stiff but it actually quickly becomes soft and bendable.

They feel comfortable and come up over the ankle. Should be good for this winter. Like the sole. Won't be slipping on tile floors

These boots run large but I believe it's because there's an allowance for heavy socks. I hiked in these boots one day last weekend and my feet were happy. They're surprisingly light and give stable support. I have two different sized feet and I have trouble finding shoes that work with both feet; these did.

I am between an 8 & 8.5 and went with 8.5 do I could wear thick wool sock during the cold winter months. Very soft leather. Some looks great for winter weather.

These are really cute boots! They are comfortable right out of the box--no rubbing on the ankle. They have padding but it's good quality and not that fluffy memory foam stuff that goes flat after a week. The sole is substantial and there is flexibility to the leather but not too much. I bought the russet brown color which is beautiful but has quite a bit of maroon in it. I think the boots run a half size big but I'm sure that's to accommodate thick socks. I'm not crazy about the look of the laces (but they are good quality and stay tied) but that is an easy fix. I might exchange for the gray but it will be a hard decision!

I wasn't sure how these would fit, as I've never purchased LL Bean boots before, so I ordered my normal shoe size of 7.5 and they fit perfectly! I was expecting the thick sherpa lining to be throughout the whole boot, but it is only in the upper of the boot. The rest of the interior is a thinner (but still soft and cozy) fleece lining, but this wasn't a problem for me because it means I can easily wear these with my thick wool socks. The Russet Brown color was a little redder than it appears in the photos, but it is still a beautiful boot with soft, high-quality leather. My favorite thing about these boots is how comfortable the insole is. They are soft and cushiony, especially in the heel. It honestly almost feels like I'm wearing my Wicked Good Slippers with a boot sole. They combine the coziness of Wicked Good Slippers with the functionality of your favorite hiking boots. I would 100% recommend these boots to anyone.
