The shirt is very heavy and warm. Wearing this over a long sleeve tee shirt is the ticket for cold weather wear. I ordered the large tall due to my long arms but the body now is very long.

Beautiful shirt, love the color; however more of a flannel than chamois. Bought as a Christmas gift for my husband and he's very happy with it. Fits well and looks good.

There is a nice feel to this shirt. It's not flannel but not exactly your cotton shirt. Anyway the color blend is great and I'm glad I picked this one up. It looks like it's going to be pretty durable.

I'm an in-between size (medium is too small and large is a little loose). The chamois shirts run a little large anyway, but I buy large, understanding that.This one was loose, as expected. No surprises.

Love these shirts. I got the black and red plaid. It isn't exactly the patten I wanted but close enough. It fits pretty well but I prefer the slightly tapered versions.

I usually get XL shirts, coats and sweatshirts from LLBean without any sizing issues. This XL is huge. I like the shirt but the sizing is ridiculous.

Received as a birthday gift. I have three chamois shirts in large and this shirt is larger overall. Most notable is the sleeve length which is 1 1/2 inches longer. The material is soft and comfortable. I also like the Red Wine color. I will keep it and hope it shrinks some.

Wonderfully comfortable, warm, and thick. Much much much larger than expected.

I bought it with the intention of using it as a shirt/jacket(not tucked in) but it's too long for that. My height is 5ft 7inches, a little shorter than average. I'll give it to my son whose birthday is coming up soon. He's a little over 6ft tall. Otherwise, it's a very nice shirt.

My husband needed a shirt to wear like a jacket for extra warmth. He lives in jeans, so I wanted him to have a garment that would dress up his jeans when we went out. This shirt is so perfect for both purposes we are both thrilled with this purchase.

Sending this back for three reasons: 1. For a 100% cotton shirt, the care instructions were not exactly care free. Cold wash, like items, dry low or air dry, no iron. After following them precisely before wearing, it was still wrinkled. 2. This chamois cloth is heavier than but not as comfortable as LL Beans flannels. More like a jacshirt. 3. Like wearing a tent. Cut way too big from chest to below waist. Does not mirror typical LL Bean traditional fit.

This a very nice shirt that is generously built. I bought the large tall and is is all of that and more. Plus it has a natural warmth when worn over another flannel or sweatshirt. Great for wearing around a camp fire or working outside.

This is a very comfortable shirt. Very warm, nice fit. I bought another one I liked it so much.

Chamois shirt fits great and look great. nice and warm on cool days.

The shirt quality is great, very soft and the tall sizes fit me extremely well at 6 2. I especially like the colors, however. I own two just in case.

This shirt is made with the heaviest flannel ever! Really sturdy fabric that Im sure will last forever. Washes like a dream. Beautiful plaid and very well made. Generously sized - my husband wears a medium and he has plenty of room for a tee shirt or Henley underneath. Love it!

I have had several of these style shirts over the last 10 years or so. This new one is just the same good fit and hand.

A good heavy flannel - very comfortable - well made - beautiful color - just wish that I could select a shorter sleeve length. When you order regular, medium, you get a variety of sleeve lengths, depending on who made the shirt. In this case the sleeves are a little too long, but there's no way to get the right shirt with the right sleeve length. I'll keep this one.

Fits just right, and comfortable on first wearing. Looks nice even when dressing casual.

I buy these chamois shirts for my Brother In Law for Birthdays and Christmas. He says they are so comfortable and warm. He does not wear a coat just a chamois shirt matched with an LLBean Ragg Wool Sweater and they keep him warm all winter.

High quality, looks great and very warm. It arrived very big, but shrunk a GREAT deal after the first washing.

Very, very soft. Warm and great for layering for a little extra warmth. Doesnt do much for wind though.

Great shirt, I wear over top a t shirt all the time. Very comfortable, thick fabric. I really like how it looks.
