I bought this shirt for my husband but after I felt how nice they were and how good they looked I switched them from his drawer to mine. Love it.

I bought this shirt from my husband who typically loves flannel. He is 5'10" and 185 lbs. He typically wears a medium in all his shirts and a regular medium swallowed him up. I exchanged it for a small and it fit perfectly. I would highly recommend ordering a size down. My husband loves this shirt because it is a little heavier than the regular flannels. He recently commented to me "I wish I had about 5 more of these shirts so that I could just cycle through them during the week". Basically, if he could wear this shirt every day of the week he would.

I bought 3 different colors of this shirt. Every time I have worn one, I get several comments on how good looking they are. And typically people want to feel just how soft the fabric is. LOL I ordered "a size up" for me, so I could wear mine as lightweight overshirts. This was a great plan for our NM weather. I cannot stress just how soft and good looking these shirts are. If you feel that you only want to get 1 color...I'd go with the "rust" one.....it's the one that I get most compliments on. I know that I am going to enjoy my shirts for many years to come. Anytime I look for flannels or chamois shirts, I turn to Mr. Bean. This is my third chamois shirt from L.L.Bean and shares my "winter" closet with about ten or twelve regular flannels. This chamois is extremely versatile and goes well with both jeans and chinos. I am a broad guy (size 52) and can't believe how great the shirts fit, arm length, tail length and "hang" are all exceptional. The material is exceptional and extremely soft, pocket are proportional and flapped. All in all, it is a very good shirt and worth every penny!

Thanks, LLBean, for having a few nice color combos for us women, in a man's shirt. We taller women need the sleeve length not available in women's flannels, but navy/burgundy/grey/brown is such a drag during the ugly season. Having said that, this chamois flannel shirt is the same high quality I'm used to with my other LLBean chamois flannels, so thanks for that too. The Apple Cinnamon blend is easy on the eyes, and the thick, cozy softness is wonderful. Please don't drop the quality on this one or I'll be left with nothing to purchase here, sad to say.

Chamois is very comfortable and fits great. Still a little warm to wear it much but feel it will provide the warmth needed this winter when the temperature isn't too cold. Thought this was a flannel shirt when I originally purchased it but was pleasantly surprised to find it was a chamois. It's heavier but will fit my needs.

I bought this chamois shirt for my nephew for his birthday and he loves it! He said it's the best shirt he's ever worn. Soft, warm, and a great fit. He loved the blue -- matches his eyes!! Now he wants another one for Christmas!!

Better looking than the picture. Usual great fit. Especially appreciate the two large pockets with flaps. Good for the field or casual use.

Bought one last year for my husband and it is his go-to shirt as the temps drop. Saw the blue plaid and know he'll now have 2 favorites. It looks really good on and machine washes and dries with no problems.

I use chamois shirts year around, all four seasons, mainly as an overshirt except for outdoor work where they get tucked in. I have been buying chamois shirts for about 45 years and simply put those from LLB are the the 'Genuine Article', absolutely the BEST! I have purchased at least 40 of various brands, but mostly LLB, in my lifetime of 80 years, buying 3 so far this year and still one to go, and for the past 20 years nothing but LLB-Brand. I have purchased non-LLB brands and some of them after the first wash are so stiff that you have to bend them to put them on. Those from LLB remain soft and supple until they are threadbare. LLB offers a plethora of colors, plaids, monograms, etc. If you want a chamois shirt, this is the one to get-it is the 'Gold Standard' for chamois shirts. There 'secret' is the fabric, but they are exceptionally well made and stylish. If you have never tried an LLB chamois shirt, do yourself a favor and get one, heh, even several.

This shirt is great... It's plenty long... Doesn't tumble out of my pants. It's very soft. It's warm! It's my favorite shirt.

I usually wear a XL in Polo or Tommy Bahama shirts but this XL in the LL Bean product was HUGE! Fortunately, LL Bean has a great return/exchange policy and we don't have a store in our State, so it makes it very nice to shop on-line. I would purchase more items if the return shipping policy was no existent.

This shirt is L.L. Bean quality. I bought a regular large. The sleeves were a little long, but after the shirt was washed and dried, they were just right for my husband.

My husband is always cold so I bought this shirt and he loves it. That was last year. We have moved and the winters here are colder so I had to get him another one. The shirt is soft, nice colors and like I said warm.

Excellent shirt, Been collecting them for several seasons now. I don't just recommend to a friend, I gift this shirt to a great friend. Please continue to come up with more classic pattern designs. What a flannel should be, not just another shirt posing as a flannel.

They are very comfortable and long lasting. For many years I have tried to purchase one winter shirt per season, always LL Bean . I Still wear my original one as well as many others!

I got it for my husband for birthday. I think or should I say it is great. The material is fine and I know it will fit and he will like it.The blue plaid is just perfect.

I own all of their chamois shirts, best shirts I ever owned. They fit and wear very well I gave these shirts a 5 star rating because they deserve it. I would reccomend these shirts to a friend. The Best!

This a great shirt but runs quite large. I bought large for my son-in-law because he wore large in previous flannel shirts from LL Bean. This shirt was too big so I ordered a medium instead. He loves it. Before I returned the large one I asked my husband to try it, 6'4" and usually only wears tall, and it fit! Sure enough when we all went out to dinner the following week they both wore the same shirt.

The material for this shirt is amazing, very soft and substantial. The colors are also good. My only complaint is the fit is tricky. It's advertised as an oversize shirt for layering, but I find the sizing impractical. I usually wear a large flannels, and sometimes they're still too small. The large size for this shirt is like a smock. It's just too baggy. With low expectations, I tried a medium and it actually fits me quite well. I wish the sleeves maybe an inch longer though. Even still, this is one of the more comfortable fitting flannels I own. I just have to be super careful it doesn't shrink up in the washer/dryer.

Nice shirt, Soft feel. Only issue is the size. Slighly large. Makes a great layer shirt to wear over a Henly.

Excellent quality and great style. Unfortunately, the tall was too long for my son, who is about 6 ft. 2 inches. Had to send back.

Nice shirt.. HUGE, way oversized .. had others previously ... this size.. had to downsize, plus pay ,over 6 bucks to exchange, not thrilled to have to pay for shipping for exchange
